Excellent customer services. I made a mistake purchasing gift card, somehow my login brought me to wrong region. Anyway contacted customer services, which was only a simply reply to the confirmation of purchase email from them. They reviewed my case and refunded with money back in my account within days. No stress at all.
I tried buying a 80 euro PSN giftcard. Yet, when I checked out I got an error. This happened 3 times. 2 times I tried paying with paypal, the last time I tried with Ideal. The recipient hasn't received anything in his mail, so I just send them the money. However, after filling in their contact form, NO attempt has been made to either return my money or get in contact with me. I have filled in the form 3 times, spread out over time, yet nothing. There is no phone number to contact, no emailadress to send mails to. Just some form they don't bother reading. I can't belief Sony agreed to use this conartists.
It's so disappointing that roblox uses this broken scam model as their official gift card service. I paid $25 for a roblox gift card and immediately I got the receipt, I got charged but guess what.. I NEVER GOT THE GIFTCARD DELIVERED, I added another of my own emails as destination since this was a gift for my little cousin who doesn't use emails. You ruined my gift and also stole $25 from my pocket. So dissapointing. Next time y'all just get the gift cards from amazon or whatever physical store you find them.UPDATE: No you didn't, don't come here to pretend you solved the issue, I got no response from you, I've been emailing you for the entire week with no response.
I have ordered 2 roblox giftcards on september 2 and september 5 and like other people on roblox developer forum received mail "Unable to Process Your Digital Gift Card Order" with no money refund they been doing it atleast since start of 2021 and not giving people what they buy. They should atleast give proper explanation how to get refund or give giftcard without unable to process mail, no idea how they are partnered with roblox or playstation itself
I ordered two gift cards from official sites that I wasn't aware uses cashstar as a service. Both were shipped out a week ago and I have no tracking information or number to find out when these will be coming in. These are gifts that I wanted to give by 9/9/24. Please help!UPDATE: Gift cards came in. I truly believe that many of these negative comments and concerns wouldn't occur if the company just tracked the shipping like every other site does.
I bought a £100 PSN giftcard from these to then receive an email to say my order could not be processed.My money is still being held by them and after a number of back and forth emails of being told it can take up to 72 hours for the money to be released back to my bank (which wouldn't be too bad).. However, it has been over a month now and I am still waiting for the money to be returned!
I bought a $135 gift card over a week ago. In the end it couldn't be processed but they did debit my money. The bank doesn't have any transaction showing that you, Cash Star, have returned my money. I have called over 3 times and have also contacted you via email since the bank is asking me for proof from you and I can't get anything. This is very frustrating. #CND6K35PPSUpdate. Thank you Cash Star for solving my case!
