Who do I need to contact. I purchased a Sephora card on their site and this time it tells me unable to process my order but the Sephora e card couldn't tell me the reason why and escalated my request, then to get an email saying unable to. How is this supposed to help with no reason or information needed to correct it.***update***I do not what they mean by respond at the nonreply when it come back that it can't be sent.
They processed my order and sent emails regarding the order with no actual information. Finally recieved an email that they cancelled the order and we're sorry and the funds would be held then refunded. Called customer service to get my money and got a runaround. Now I have to spend another stack of cash for my nephews gift and cashstar still hasn't refunded. Starting a fraud report with paypalAddendum Typical scammers. Sending a NOREPLY email link. Paypal confirmed they rip everyone off
**Buyer beware** DO NOT PURCHASE GIFT CARDS FROM CASHSTAR OR SEPHORA. Cashstar is a fraudulent company who refuse to issue the gift cards that I have paid for. I purchased two $75 gift cards that were initially not sent to me at all. After much back and forth with Cashstar, I received them but they had $0.00 value loaded. They are now telling me I have used the cards and wiped their hands of the situation. I have emailed at least 10 times with no resolution and they keep closing my service tickets down. Cashstar refuses to help, Sephora refuses to get involved as its a third party... meanwhile I've got no refund and no gift cards.
What an actual joke. I tried buying a roblox giftcard, so I went to the OFFICIAL ROBLOX WEBSITE, got transported to cashstar roblox giftcard buying website, then I bought it, and I get an email saying, "UNABLE TO PROCESS" and I am currently waiting for a refund. I NEED A REFUND IMMEDIATLY.
I was not satisfied at all. I bought a $300 Robux gift card. The money was withdrawn from the bank. I received a message saying that the gift cards could not be processed. I wrote an e-mail to @cashstar and said, "Refund my money."The subject in the e-mail sent by @chashstar has been answered.In the e-mail you sent It says the problem is solved, but you still haven't refunded my money. Please refund my money. Edit: They returned my correction money within 2 days, thank you @cashstar. It would have been better if it hadn't been like this.📍📍
