I tried buying a €60,- PSN giftcard. Yet, when I checked out I got an error. They charged the €60,- from my bankaccount. I havn't received any confirmation or giftcard in my mailbox. However, after filling in several times their contact form, NO attempt has been made to get in contact with me.**UPDATE 02/10/2024 19:00 HRS**Today I received a refund. Thank you BHN Customer Service for this!
Final update and matter closed thanks to this platform. Yesterday afternoon on 27th of September 2024, I finally received my refund on my account. The case started on 19th of September and on 27th, 8 days of mail exchanges to finally recovering my money back. Once again, this platform was very useful to reach my goal. I purchased a $100 voucher from CashStar for PlayStation, but unfortunately, I mistakenly entered the wrong email address for delivery. While this was my error, the complete lack of customer support in resolving the issue has been incredibly frustrating and unacceptable.I immediately contacted CashStar's support team to rectify the mistake, but despite numerous follow-up emails over several days/weeks, I have received no response whatsoever. I expected much better communication for a company handling such large transactions, but instead, I’ve been completely ignored.$100 is a significant amount of money, and to have it vanish without any customer support or action from CashStar is beyond disappointing. This lack of basic service has left me feeling cheated and disillusioned. I highly urge anyone considering using CashStar to think twice before purchasing anything through their platform. Their unprofessionalism and negligence are not worth the risk.If I do not receive a prompt response soon, I will take this matter to the next level and continue warning others of this terrible experience.
INCOMPETENT THIEVING COMPANYSTOLEN MY CHILDS POCKET MONEY Same story as many others- ordered gift card online and after processed I received an email saying there was an error yet they took my 8year olds payment from his go Henry card! I contacted 6 times.Firstly I was told the gift card would be re sent and nothing.Secondly you told me that I would have a response from technical support within 3 hours about my gift card and nothing.Thirdly you tell me I will have a refund within 72 hours and nothing. What an absolute joke of a company! I have never dealt with such an incompetent company and cannot believe PlayStation has links with them! In total I have had to contact 6 times via online chat or email and each time they tell something will be done and apologise for the incompetence but it’s obviously a load of rubbish. Absolutely appalled.
I bought a grubhub gift card yesterday. Cool, it came in, right? Well just a day later, my gift card all of a sudden disappeared from my account and when I checked, it says my gift card is no longer available! I’m heavily disappointed with this and I haven’t received an email whatsoever about my gift card being cancelled. I recommend to stay away from this company and stick to your local / retail stores.
I was buying Best Buy gift cards. They process through just fine and deliver a few hours later, but then, a few weeks later, the gift cards gets revoked and tells me they were unable to process my order when they literally delivered it?!? F***ing bullsh*t company and I won’t ever buy from them again. Do better cashstar.
No clue how they are partnered with playstation. I bought gift cards to get rid of a chargeback and I had an email saying gift cards created, then seconds later, sorry we are unable to process your order. Had to go to hell and back to get the bloody vouchers took 3 days. Just go to Tesco it’s easier trust me.
I bought a birthday gift card. Card was immediately charged and also immediately received an email that my order would not be processed with this message:"We're sorry. We were unable to process your eGift Card order Settled charges will be refunded to the original form of payment. Pending authorizations do not represent capture of funds and will expire according to the policies of the financial institution."But my card was charged the full amount. I complained to them and also opened a dispute with my card provider which states the amount is outstanding and would be refunded on 21st September unless claimed by them.*** UPDATE *** Got a weird invitation from Trustpilot that they want me to reply but the link expired after 3 days. Can't get in touch. Plus the number in the reply belongs to Trustpilot not to Cashstar.
