Absolutely horrible

****update - they said they sent me an email to resolve this through trust pilot. They did not send said email. I have no idea how this company can be used by so many ‘big companies’. Was trying to get a gift card from Panda Express as a birthday gift. Gold Star rejected my transaction, but put a hold on my card. The hold still hasn’t expired even though it’s been weeks. Tried contacting customer service numerous times, with no response. They clearly are a horrible company, it’s just so odd that all these restaurant chains and others use their service for online gift cards.

I presume this must be a major scam. I have called 5 times, go through all the recorded information and am told to be patient. 17 days since order confirmed and supposedly mailed-nothing ever received.

Failed PSN cards

I tried buying 2 psn cards (one for 50$ the other for 10$) and it took my money but said it was unable to process my order. And tbh based on all the negative reviews on here this feels like a huge scam. You’re better off going to a physical store and buying the cards or just getting whatever you want directly from the psn store

Purchased a $25 PlayStation gift card for a friend. Immediately received the code, except it was invalid and no longer usable somehow off the bat. No self explanatory way to ask for a refund.Lost my money and friend didn’t get his gift card

Horrible experience

Horrible experience. Tried to purchase $10 a Hot Topic gift card through the official website. Card was never delivered. Was given an email stating a refund would be delivered, but they still charged my card. Nonexistent customer service over the phone (waited a full hour). Any help or insights would be appreciated. Will likely be purchasing physical gift cards only.

Disappointing Experience with CashStar: Missing Robux Gift Card

I recently received a gift card for Robux from a relative through CashStar, but to my dismay, the gift card never arrived in my email. Despite waiting for days and reaching out for assistance, I have been left frustrated and disappointed by the lack of resolution from CashStar. As an avid Roblox player, I was eagerly anticipating the arrival of my gift card and have been left disappointed by this experience. I want the two gift cards, ASAP.

Same problem as you all, horrendous experience bought a $30 us roblox giftcard, took the money and didn't even send me an email, now I'm left with no giftcard and no money. I demand a refund
