Review Time
Delayed installation of the windows 2 times. They show up to do the install and 1 window is missing a screen. Wanted us to sign the completion paperwork, when the job is Not complete. Contacted several people about the screen including the salesman Marcus. Got No help just a lot of excuses. 2 plus months later got a hold of someone that wanted us to sign the completion papers Again! Told them legal counsel advised us not to, got a call the next day our screen was in and they would bring it out and finish the job! I do Not trust them at all. The salesman said if we needed anything to get a hold of him, then if he did respond he would tell you who to call. Then that person wouldnt answer or return your call. I know several people that champion has done a bad job or didn't do the job at all.
Ladd Williams was on time. Ladd was very professional and knowledgeable and willing to help me out in anyway he could for me to make this big home improvement. Unfortunately I will not be able to enjoy these windows as I am moving and transferring the warranty to the new buyer and I hope it all goes smoothly for the new buyer.
The salesperson (who was the best liar I have ever known) and the people in the office were not business-like at all. They took my down payment and lied for EIGHT months about fulfilling the contract. The non-English speaking workers were efficient and hard working. I would not ever do business with Champion again.
I love my new windows, but I am upset that I didn’t find out about not receiving my screens. I didn’t find out until that day. I spoke to a woman regarding this, sorry I didn’t get her name, she was very nice and explained that you’re having problem getting supplies. When I asked when I would get them she said I was way down on the list. Probably be end of summer. That did not make me happy. I have to say that everyone I have spoken to from beginning to end was wonderful. Now if I could just get my screens.
We put down a $4K deposit in October 21 with a 16-18 week lead time. It passed and no one will return a call and give us an answer on when or if we are ever going to get our product. You cannot reach anyone who can really see what is happening apparently as they say over and over it is in "production" and they cannot tell when the completion date is going to be. How is that possible after this long? So I guess they are keeping my money forever and maybe one day I will get lucky and they will deliver it?? This has been a nightmare of many many phone calls and Zero customer service. I wish 100% we had never placed this order. This was a very high cost for a door and we trusted that this was a reputable company. Seems that is not the case as all we get is no answers at all. Since there is no real store or manager of it you cannot even go in person to ask anything. AWFUL!!!!
We have been working with Jim Baker on enclosing our deck. Jim is very knowledgeable and went through the steps one by one making sure he answered all our questions. He even helped resolve the issue of making sure our dogs had an easy way out to their yard. We are looking forward to enjoying our new sunroom this summer. John and Lynne Iversen, Cheyenne WY
