The rep who did our initial visit was very knowledgeable about Champion windows. He went over every detail of the quality of the windows. He was very nice. He did not act pushy like a lot of salespeople. He proved his product was what he said it was. My husband and me very very pleased with what Champion had to offer.
Sales experience was the best experience we have received for this type of work. Shane took time to show us what Champion is about with their quality and gave amazing recommendations. He made filling out the paperwork very easy and explained in detail what it all means with appropriate timeliness. As someone who is in sales, he understood our need and provided a solution. Never once felt pressured or felt unsure with the product I will be receiving. Great experience with Shane.
If I could give 0 stars and still write a review, I would. Six basement replacement windows were ordered for my home on 4/23/2022 -- a $2,000.00 down payment was made. YESTERDAY -- 11/22/2022, exactly 7 months later, the windows arrived with installers. About an hour later, the 6 new windows left with the installers because they were mis-measured and couldn't be properly installed. Thank God the installer refused the "jerry rigging" suggested by Champion. I have contacted the sales person multiple, multiple times and basically get a shoulder shrug, an excuse - the original sales person quit, so your order was cancelled" or totally ignored. Meanwhile, Champion has my $2,000, I have mice and rats trying to get in through broken basement windows and I have absolutely no idea when I'll have windows. I bought this house 2 weeks before new windows were ordered so was definitely trying to be pro active. Went with Champion because they were reportedly so good.
I have champion windows in my home and have reached out to Champion multiple times as a result of installation issues. I have multiple issues with windows in my children's bedrooms, and with large double sliders and Champion has failed to respond to any attempt I have made to contact them.Champion boasts that they make the product, they install the product, and that their control of the entire process makes their quality higher. My experience is that they do not communicate or follow up on the claims they make regarding reliability.
