Terrible experience, the sales person did not provide us with the correct size windows for our bathrooms, then when trying to correct the problem they charged me an additional $750. Come to find out they could not make the correction, they refunded me the money but they dragged this unpleasant part of the process to a long period of time and at the end not happy. I am still waiting on the screens for some windows and the company gives me the impression they do not care at all.Stay away, the price may entice you but the experience will add years to your life.
Justin was very informative, professional, on-time, respectful and friendly. He was not sales-ey which was nice because I didn't feel pressured. He explained everything and answered all my questions, plus he offered the 40% discount. I can't wait for the new windows to be installed and highly recommend Justin!
We had a consultation with Jamie Calhoun for a 3-Season Sun Room. Jamie was very personable and knowledgeable. It felt like we were old friends, and he answered all of our questions, showing us different different options. He is not a pushy salesman either. He also enjoyed our new pup, who thought he was great fun. Thank you Jamie. We are looking forward to our new sun room.
The salesman came to my house and endured me that everything with the new windows would be like the existing windows. I talked with the installer and he told me that they wouldn’t be installing the existing alarms in the windows. I’ve called the salesman and the Dallas office and no one has returned my calls. I will not let anyone install windows until the alarm problem is fixed
The Champion Window salesman misled me and told me I needed to replace 14 windows that could not be repaired. I found out from a reputable contractor that only 1 window needs to be replaced. The other 13 can be repaired.At this point, Champion Window has refused to refund the funds that the company received from a finance company the Salesman told me I had to use.I did not authorize Champion Windows to obtain any funds the date the contract was signed from the finance company.Champion Window representatives told me today that they will not refund the funds to me that they have received from the finance company and that I need to pay a penalty of $1,000 to Champion for cancelling the contract. Then, I was told by Champion Window representatives that they were going to refer my request to cancel and for a full refund to Champion Window legal department.I did not expect Champion Window Corp. to repair any windows. But I did expect the Champion Window sesman to be honest with me.Champion Window Corporation's reply to my unedited review is also misleading and that speaks volumes about this compsny.I do not recommend that anyone use Champion Window company.
David did very well with every question we had, and when the power went out he still went out of his way to make sure we got the best price for our windows. I loved how the company makes their own windows and how easy it was. Thank you David and thank you champion.
