Not a happy customer purchased two exterior doors the slider door was installed backwards been two months and haven’t heard from them yet when they will be corrected,the exterior door has not been installed my order was placed in February if I knew it was going to take this long of time I never would have went with Champion oh yea I’m making payments on products I don’t have
First of all I don't give anybody a perfect rating. With that being said, my experience with Champion consultant, Adam, was very pleasant. He was very knowledgeable about the product. I have read previous reviews and I hope I don't experience anything they did. The guy that does the measuring will come in a couple of weeks. I hope he gets the measurements right because I'm looking forward to my new windows.
We met with Justin Lauer to discuss purchasing new windows. Justin is a no pressure Champion Representative, very knowledgeable about his product, answered all our questions and provided us with the information we were looking for. He assisted in determining which inside color would be best to complement the existing woodwork in our living room. We appreciate his pleasant approach to our meeting and look forward to having our new windows installed.
Justin was incredibly knowledgeable and a clear communicator! He helped us understand our options by first understanding our goals as first time home owners. He was also patient, making sure we understood the process and allowed us to ask questions along the way. He was also incredibly efficient! Every part of the process was a value add for us. Working with Champion has been such a great experience. Would highly recommend to friends and family!
