The whole process of remortgaging was a bit complicated for me and he just stayed on top of everything and got it across the finish line (even things that weren’t his responsibility I.e. the conveyancer side of things). Also, excellent communication - always replied to my emails super promptly.

Jenny and Jessica took extraordinary good care of us from beginning to the end. The transaction was delayed by several months because of complications with the property.
