We had a buy to let mortgage arranged by Sarah Teff from John Charcol - she was brilliant and I’d thoroughly recommend her. This was a re-mortgage with a lease extension included in the money raise and we had excellent advice and support. The interest rate improved after we had our offer and Sarah was straight on it to request a new offer with the preferential rate. Totally worth the broker fee and I will use them again.
