Absolutely delighted with our new home. Particularly we must say a huge thank you to our sales team representatives, Mia and Wiktoria who were so supportive, communicative and helpful throughout the process. The build quality is very good. We have a few snags but nothing serious, hopefully the site support team will be as proactive with the remedial works as we would expect them to be. A few pieces of information that we should have had prior to the move slipped through the net but again, nothing that would have us not recommend Charles Church. Overall, very happy.
I'm so happy in my lovely new Charles Church Home. The quality of the build is very good, a few snags but nothing serious and hopefully these will be remedied soon. The sales team were very professional, patient and keen to ensure everything progressed as smoothly as possible. Thank you to everyone at Hallows Rise you made a stressful time so much easier.
Saskia at Beaufort Park is gold! She was so wonderfully supportive at every stage of the house buying process. Nothing was too much for her to do. She oozed enthusiasm and contagious energy at every turn. We won't be a Charles Church customer today if not for her.
The process of purchase was great! Helena was fantastic, friendly and very approachable. Sadly, almost 2 years on from move-in and 1 year from site completion, we are still waiting for the back of our plot to be finished. We have been continuously fobbed off, being told that the landscaping is being arranged, when nothing ever comes to fruition. The contact is rude and condescending every time we ask for an update. Disgusting customer service and it seems they are happy to oblige until they have your money, but they soon become disinterested once you are in and they are off site.The further information form does not allow me to provide details. The development is The Parklands in Hessle, plot 6.
Woodhorn Grange Ashington Customer care Promise the world and don’t deliver 26 problems first detected in the first week and only 10 been rectified been here for 6 months and found loads more and work done is sub standard or waiting weeks for things you have paid for before moving in also work men not cleaning up after them self or not taking care when doing jobs ie painting finding paint on flooring or damaging flooring finding cracks in external walls, windows Boeing waiting 19 weeks for a shower you upgraded to be delivered and fitted that should of been fitted before moving in, also waiting 11 weeks for kitchen cupboard s been delivered and fitted and leaving holes and nails in walls not good when I have a toddler, and also finding damp in my kitchen and utility, the list goes on having no respect on anything even for your taking time off work for deal with things or just turning up to do works hoping that your in to let them in with no warning.Feeling let down is an understatement.
