Paid for a one off car check and was unknowingly signed up a subscription. Only realised the next day when the payment went out my bank. Tried to email but the email they provide to these reviews does not exist. Managed to get through to customer service and they cancelled the subscription but refused to refund the money they took. Have reported to my bank and will also be contacting trading standards.The person on the phone was also rude.

Another unhappy customer

Another unhappy customer. The subscription info is totally hidden when you are requesting an only one time service. So i am finding out a debit for 39.90 from my bank account, even worse, i did the process through zilch, that has a terrible service regarding scams, fraud and disputes.About the response from this "company". You have nothing like transaparency. The subscription is totally hidden. During the process the option is one or more than one car to check. That's it. And Im not the only person with this experience. You have no other review than people having the same situation than me. I already sent the email to your "team". They promptly didnt reply...obviously.It is really disgusting and frustrating. Is almost unpossible to search info or one time service online without the risk to be trapped and scamned for this kind of "companies"

Fraudulent Company

As per the other reviews, paid around £4 for a one off discounted car check. Today I was advised by my banks fraud team that a payment was requested for £39.No subscription or premium options were selected. THIS IS A FRAUDULENT COMPANY

Do not use

Do not use , they tried to take money out my account but my bank stopped it I’ve had to get a new card now because my bank blocked my card because of this scamming company I’ve logged it with the police

please do not do any transaction with them. Did a one time transaction of 5.99 and they automatically enrolled me for a 39.99 monthly subscription. Though I did not choose any subscription.Also, tried messaging them through webpage about this. but no response.This is a scam website.. Do not do any transaction with them.

Paid for 1 vehicle check and now I have a pending payment of £39.90 This is an unauthorized transaction. Conned into a subscription This company are a disgraceThere's no obvious info to say you're entering into a subscription.I'm a private individual not a car dealer why would I need a subscription.I have contacted them by email but no reply.I will update this if necessary.*update*The company redeemed themselves a little by cancelling the subscription and giving me a full refund.
