This should be 0! Paid, website locked up and I couldn’t do anything. Now notice they’ve taken the money! Update November 2025. So I rang. Got the rude woman who told me I was inept and I should have cancelled my free trial. I’ve NEVER been sent any login details and in the mobile site, there’s no login area. Hmmmmmmm….. Trading Standards anyone?!
Like everyone else, I have been scammed for £39.90. I made sure to read the terms and conditions and did not agree to any subscription, I didn’t even receive my car check! Avoid this company at all costs! All they do is take money and leave a copy and paste response to negative reviews. To clarify, I emailed them on the same day as the car check to make sure no payment was taken, didnt get a reply, payment was still taken.

Horrible scammer. I bought a one-time car check document from them, but later found an unauthorized charge of £39.90 for a subscription I never signed up for.I tried to resolve the issue through their website, but I can never log in — even after attempting to reset my password. This means there’s no way to unsubscribe or file a complaint.I had no choice but to contact my bank to block their payments.After checking online, I found loads of complaints about them — the same issue has happened to many others. I can’t believe a company like this still exists and keeps scamming people.Avoid this company and report them to Action Fraud.
Why are the police not investigating this company? This is theft on a large scale! £39.90 taken off my account every month without my knowledge/consent and with only a very skeptical reference to some dodgy terms online. I ordered a £5 car check and it has ended up costing me hundreds. It’s clear from other reviews that I am not alone. Even worse- I’m a lawyer and if I feel I wasn’t made aware of what inflated contract terms I was inadvertently signing up to then what hope is there of others? Trading standards please do your thing. Karma too!! Total disgrace of a company!
