Bad company would try and get a finance via these guys what’s so ever.Messed up my payments had no communication from them.Next I know am going to court and having my vehicle removedFrom my property by rude ignorant people. Close brothers lie and don’t follow up on plan of actions agreed on don’t get your self into debt with these people look elsewhere for finance
The worst finance company I have had to deal with. It took 8 months to set up an account and I was still unable to do it, their interest is extortionate and if I was buying another car on finance and it was what I wanted and all the company could offer was this finance company I would rather walk in the pouring rain to work. Staff have no knowledge of their own systems which was my main reason for this review as none of the 7+ dealing with my complaint could sort out my account so I could never access anything.
Awful customer service, very very slow and very little communication, having to wait for a letter to be sent out in the post as extra checks!It’s been over week now and still no decision has been made!Like a I say an awful dreadful service, I would steer clear of these, happy to take your £500 deposit within days but then nothing.Had to research these and see if it was a scam company!
This is the 2nd time we have financed a car through Close Brothers Finance, they are really helpful and easy to set up, and accept pensioners, unlike some other providers, ( Zuto for instance ).Really happy to endorse Close Brothers as a first class provider.
