I was very impressed with this company very efficient .stress free and quickly sorted everything to completion very happy customer. The only thing that was a problem was on the website it would not let me register an online account as the following page I-should have continued to said “error 404page could not be found”
I do not recommend them , was very smooth while doing the finance with them but as soon as we had issues with the car and filed a complaint the problems start. They passed their deadline for coming with a solution and they don’t even answer my emails or my calls , they tell someone will call me within 72hr but no one calls back , while I still pay my monthly instalments and I can’t use the car.I told the case handler that i need the car for hospital appointments as i am 9 months pregnant and she shouted at me saying I should take taxi.
I have tried to pay off my finance on my car but been told I can not use my wife's debit card as it will get declined. I have tried to set up an online account with all the details you gave me and records do not match.Had 2 emails with invalid passwords from them and was told I have to cancel my direct debit when payment is made which means a trip into town to the bank as I do not trust any banking app on my phone. Its driving me stir crazy all I want to do is pay it off.
Here comes the “I'm sorry you had this experience”. A telephone call with vital information regarding a complaint I was making was “lost”. Very frustrating company to deal with over the phone when there’s an issue. Whilst I appreciate there are policies in place, I found the company very unreasonable to deal with. This in my opinion has contributed to my ongoing mental health issues, due to the miscommunication and misleading narratives from the staff. I would recommend keeping written records when dealing with close brothers. This is just “my experience”.
