Called through to CloseBrothersPremiumFinance as they administer my payments for my car insurance. Initially I called up and someone called ‘John’ answered. He took my details then immediately hung up. This was just before 3pm and all I can assume is he was eager to finish work. Not very professional in my humble opinion. This was disappointing as I had been waiting a considerable amount of time to get through.However when I called back I spoke to Mohammed who dealt with my initial query promptly and professionally then proceeded to log my complaint. He even gave me a call back within 5 minutes once logged and gave me my complaint reference number and told me about time scales. Great work Mohammed. You’re an asset to your organisation.
I would like to say a MASSIVE thank you to Elena who I just spoke to this morning, she was polite, helpful and warm!She explained things clearly and even gave additional information to give more clarity on the process of how a customer can take up the option to settle an account. She is a credit to the company! Well Done!!
Used this company before absolutely grate . Even though covid times / situation s and when you got the website information to login into your account , it was really easy . The best thing is when you need it the most to find that right car then they came through flying colours. Signed up again and same as before grate customer service . Quick and responsive. Improved a lot better for the customer.
