Review Time
Unfortunately, the wrong size band was ordered and I found out after the fact that to return it to the warehouse in Germany (I was not aware it was located there), it would cost a small fortune (almost as much as I paid for the band). So, I am keeping a band that I have no use for and will have to eat the cost. For that reason, I am hesitant to purchase another one from Cluse. I really love the watch but be forewarned if you don't like your purchase or if an accessory doesn't fit, it's a major hassle to return it. Since its Germany, it requires that you send it Global International Priority Mail and fill out a customs ticket. What a pain.
Would not order again if my parcel would be sent by yodel!!! Parcel never arrived. And tracking link was not working from the beginning (the customer service at Cluse took a while to respond to my query regarding the parcel and tracking) Hoverver good customer service- when I managed to get response from them. I have left two messages! The lady I had corespondence with sent another parcel with different company, very happy with recived straps- exactly what I have ordered, well described on the website.
I was very happy with the strap but the pins that attached it onto my watch were too short and I had to use the original ones that came with my watch so now the leather on the strap is damaged where I had to make room for removing the ones that came with the new strap for the old ones
