The website claim free worldwid shipping

The website claim free worldwide shipping which is totally not true. Once you receive an e-mail from ups you realized that you have to pay a really important fee. Your website is only saying that in an other page of your website. I would have known, I would have never ordered from you. Plus I sent an e-mail to clarify why I have to pay that and you guys never answered. Really really disappointed and I will never recommend to anybody to buy from you.
