Thieves, thieves, thieves !Never use them, they are stealing money from people, Some one should take a look at this company, fraud and dishonest people,Waited 60 days, no response, they are trying to tell you that you used tickets, but you didn't, scammers and thievesAvoid at all cost !
I bought 2 tickets for Firenze, there was a problem with the date written on the tickets, so we couldn't enter at the Uffizi. We had to buy other tickets at the museum itself. Conetpass sent me a link for a refund, they first refuse saying it was not their responsability. After 2 months of insisting, they refund 80 € on the 90€ that I paid. I don't recommand it at all!!
Well it's just borderline scam. It's very expensive and you get absolutely no more than regular travel card. You have to go 4km away from Milano Centrale to get passes that are no more than regular travel cards. The supposed fork discount doesn't work at all.
Do not purchase from this company!I had a group of 6 and when i activated my pass it separated our group into multiple time slots for par of the tickets and, put down the wrong day all together for a second and it was 2 weeks past the time we would be in italy and they wont do anything to correct their errors.
I bought two Firenze Passes without thinking about it enough. The total cost of a pass was €66 (so €132 in total), which included an Ufizzi 5 day pass (can be bought separately for €40) and a Giotto 3 day pass (can be bought separately for €20). Overall, each pass cost €6 more than I needed to spend for what I wanted. So to start with I was annoyed at myself. The two passes are activated on a chosen day with no option to preselect a time slot. I got lucky with the Ufizzi pass but, when I activated the Giotto pass (for access to the Giotto bell tower), the [effectively random] time slot provided clashed with another activity and could not be used (in fact, the entrance time was that exact moment so I wouldn't have made it anyway!). The FAQ section claims that ticket times are usually flexible but this is not the case. For access to attractions like the tower the time slots are enforced. This €40 part of my pass is effectively wasted (ok, there are other things included but I mainly wanted to access the tower).Another 'great' inclusion of the Firenze Pass is a €25 restaurant voucher. To use this voucher you must book and then pay via The Fork app. I booked a restaurant ok but, when it came to pay, the restaurant manager said that they could not accept payment via the app. I had to pay by card and have now lost the one time voucher.Overall, just buy the entrance tickets directly from the venues. It's cheaper and you get to actually choose a time that suits you.
