Our Valencia getaway was excellent! Free bike rental perfect for this beautiful city. Public transport included made reaching beach areas easy. Straightforward purchase and immediate ticket delivery. Well-designed login area and great value for money!
Convenient travel around town. Can get anywhere easily especially on trams. Only problem is was having purchased a 3 day pass and taking the train to central station you can get on the train with the QR code given but you can’t exit the train station until someone from conet sees you stuck there and lets you through and takes you into their office and gives you the plastic card to do all your other rides.
I purchased the Milano Card online and everything went smoothly with the shuttle from Malpensa Airport to Milan. However, when it came to collecting the public transport card, I realized I had to go to a different location, far from the Milano Centrale stop where the shuttle arrives. I suggest setting up a kiosk with extended hours in the central area to make it easier to physically collect the Milano Card.
I recently shared my terrible experience with ConetPass (berlinpublictransport.com) on Trustpilot, and now I feel the need to follow up.We bought 3-day AB public transport tickets from this website, which clearly stated that the ticket includes transportation to Berlin Brandenburg Airport. However, during a routine inspection on the S-Bahn, we were both fined €60 each because the ticket was not valid for travel to the airport — directly contradicting what the website claimed.When I reviewed ConetPass about this, they responded by asking me to name the person who claimed the ticket was invalid. So I did exactly that — I CC’d them in emails with the official S-Bahn Berlin representatives who issued the fines. And suddenly… silence. No response. No accountability.All the official bodies trough official email exchange (VBB, BVG, VisitBerlin) deny any cooperation with ConetPass and state that tickets sold on their site are not official and are considered counterfeit. ConetPass insists otherwise, claiming long-standing partnerships — but refuses to clarify or take responsibility when presented with direct proof of the contrary.To make matters worse, we verified the ticket at the official VBB Info Point at Alexanderplatz, and the employee there told us it was valid. The ticket even has logos of VBB, VGT, and VisitBerlin — giving it the appearance of a legitimate product.Despite doing everything right — verifying information, purchasing through what looked like an official channel, even asking a VBB employee — we are now forced to pay €120 for something that was not our fault.This experience was not only frustrating but deeply stressful. My partner is blind and a lawyer; I am a journalist. We understand rules and would never try to bypass them. But we were clearly misled, and instead of getting help, we’ve been ignored.This is a warning to all tourists: do not trust this site. You may end up paying twice — once for the fake ticket, and then again for the fine.
Vienna has an excellent transport system which is second to none. My wife and I purchased a 7 day pass which was €29 each, which basically allowed us to use bus, train, underground and trams. We used underground mainly as there was a station right next to our hotel Melia called Kaisermulhen V.C. Which took us straight to Stephansplatz 6 stops down the line which takes you into city centre.The trains run every 5 minutes where prompt and fast usually took about 15 minutes if that for this journey. We did use other parts of underground as well to go further afield! After a couple of journey’s we found the underground easy to use and the maps easy to follow. It does get busy during rush hour but always managed to get a seat. I just wish my home city Newcastle upon Tyne had a similar system as the metro we have is always delayed or breaking down! I found the underground excellent way to get around the city!
Scam.Propose 'offers' that could be easilly found on the web for free.Once you pay, they do not provide you the pass via email but send you in the center of the city at pre defined time with no other choice. Before paying the never inform you about that.Fortunatelly i only bought 1 'pass' and not for the entite family.
