Great Value but not advertised enough

I purchased the 48 hour travel pass which included all public transport and the hop on hop off buss tour (the bus tour was valid for 24 hours only).And a one way airport shuttle(we had already purchased a return ticket so could have saved money)The downloading of the app etc to access the ticket was a little confusing but we managed it and the QR code for the metro etc was easily accessed.Unfortunately the hop on hop off bus wouldn't allow us on as the QR code is not a valid ticket.When we re-read the confirmation e-mail it stated fFurtherdown that to get the Hop on bus ticket you need to email and request it.In my opinion this should have been already included in the downloads with the QR code. We had purchased the pass at the last minute and when we email for the bus ticket to be sent there was an automated reply saying they would try to reply with 3 hours but could take up to 24 hours which would have been too late as we were going home the next day.However within an hour our bus tickets had been sent and we were able to use them immediately.Overall the pass is extremely good value but is not widely advertised. It was only through Google that we found it. It is easy for tourists to get lured into buying all sorts of different transport tickets when there is really no need.I do think the bus tour ticket should be included in the downloads along with the QR code and Airport Bus Shuttle ticket.

Scam despite pretending to be helpful for the reviews

No refund yet. Publicly they pretend to help - encourage you to reach out in the comments but they do not respond.It does feel like scam to me. Change my mind!You do not reply the emails for weeks.You promise a refund within 7 business days at the end of April, and I still haven't received anything.When I asked for proof of the refund mentioning the data I need (transaction id, name of the sender, amount, date), you did not send them to me. I asked for it again, still waiting.Your website says the following on the Transparency & Legals information page:"Tourist Point and this website, which it owns, are authorized dealers of Madrid transport tickets by Tourism Madrid."I contacted them after 2 months and they replied that they "have no official relationship with that company or website".They forwarded it to the corresponding department so that they can take it into account.These are facts. No money, no data about the transaction of the refund.Also, you've been letting people make purchases even though you're dealing with technical issues that result in not being able to give out the passes, you only take the money. The earliest comment I could see here regarding this issue is from January.How can you explain this? I would really like to hear what's behind it all.

Review on the basis of trip to BARCELONA

Went to Barcelona and bought a 48 hour pass from them (bus, tram). Please remember that their pass is not recognized anywhere and is invalid. It is highly recommended that you buy your tickets after reaching the location. The passes are INVALID and will not be considered. Most importantly, you will not get any refund.

Way beyond what we expected! Airport shuttle was reliable. Museum and attraction discounts saved significant money on our cultural tour. Free bike rental perfect for exploring beautiful areas. Excellent public transport integration. Real-time alerts kept us informed about transport changes.

Don’t use!

I’d like to go lower than 1 star- they are HORRIBLE! Customer service representative at the office was RUDE and unhelpful. We ended up buying a different museum pass after spending the $89 per pass as the passes were not available until 12:00. However, we never could download them even at 12:00- it said an email would be sent and was never sent! Plus, we had to purchase a second water bus taxi pass- no one explained to use the same ticket for the three days. Don’t throw away your $$ like we did! They are awful!

I was worried after reading the reviews…

I was worried after reading the reviews but my pass was there waiting no problem and straight on the bus outside airport, I will say that they do not send you a new email with the pass on, you have to click on your original confirmation and the pass is there! Maybe that’s why people are thinking they not getting sent it

Overall, disappointing

I awarded three stars because, once operational, the product delivered clear savings and convenience. However, the activation process was overly complex and poorly documented, which was frustrating even for someone reasonably tech-savvy like myself. When we arrived in Stockholm in the early hours of the morning, the pass wouldn't activate, even after several hours and we had to pay an additional fee to travel to our hotel. Most disappointing was the misleading marketing of the Stockholm pass, which promised free access to Uber Lime. After wasting considerable time trying to make this feature work, I ultimately gave up.

Bought tickets to Duomo cathedral

Bought tickets to Duomo cathedral. One of them were not downloadable, the other one had the wrong date. Tried to get money refund by e-mail (they didn´t answer the phone), but got no answer from the company a month after. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

DON'T!…

we did book the pass(and pay)online and needed it the same day BUT when we wanted to download it, it said it will just be vaild after 2 days... since we then were supposed to be on our way home, we tried to cancel it, but they charged the credit cards already and now we are writing back and forth with them to get the money back... good customer service is something totally different. we felt like ripped off and still do...

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

I bought digital tickets to enter the Duomo di Milano Terrace, the email came, but I tried for several hours to download the tickets, but it was impossible. I contacted the company for a refund and received a very vague reply saying that maybe the refund would come, but they couldn’t say when or how long the review process would take. After that, they stopped responding completely.Because of this, I suspect that this is a scam. They sold tickets that were not accessible and are now avoiding any responsibility to refund the money.
