We were unable to use the vouchers received because the given codes for transport tickets were rejected. Tried several times. No support reachable by phone. We started refund claim procedure which well hidden and received several we-will-take-care messages only after reminders. In the end: no ticket, no refund > full scum company. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING THERE.
Airport transfer tickets included in the price of a 7 day Venice waterbus ticket at a cost of €76 but could not be downloaded until day of transfer. My flight was at 10am, so needed the tickets for our transfer at 7:30am. When I tried to download I got a message saying they were not ready for download and I would receive email notification when they were. I received the email link at at 9:30am, obviously far too late, and had to pay separately for the transfer. Conet say that the email is automated but surely they know there are dozens of early morning flights, so email automation should be set for much earlier in the day. As other reviewers have said it’s difficult getting through to their customer service team, if you can find the number! Clearly, don’t use Conet if you want to guarantee receipt of your tickets for an early morning flight. Also, an ACTV 7 day ticket costs €65 and airport transfer €10, so cheap than ConetPass.
In the train in Berlin our Conettickets were checked by two conductors and they tell us that according to them they are fake. We were taken out of the train and were treated like criminals. The officers inform us that according to them Conet is a well organized fraudulent organisation, rselling fake tickets and make you believe you have valid three days tickets at 90 euro. The only thing we could do to continue our holiday is accept a fine of 120 euro, 2x60 euro buy new 24 hour ticket's at 20,40.I wasconfused and very disappointed in myself for not double checking. I don't know what is true and feel betrayed either by the officers who didn't check well or by Conet who then according to the two conductors say that Conet is fake Yet here there appear to be many happy customers. So what was going onI contacted Conet Group and they were very sorry for what happened to me. So sorry that they refunded the tickets and the Fine!! What a great service! There are still good people in the world.It appeared that they are in touch with BVG but there is not a contract yet with them
A very easy way to gain access to transportation in Berlin, when we went there.most larger cities has great public transportation, and with this online card, it was very easy to just hop on and off any bus in Berlin. Definitely going to use that again
Dont buy tickets from this site. They steal your money. You pay for the tickets and then they send you a mail that your order has been cancelled you should send a mail (to a gmail account for those of you who know what it means) for a refund but you never get your money back. ALWAYS buy from official sites or at the stations where you want to travel
I thought this is fraud. The delivery is worst experience ever. I booked a day pass for Stockholm. You receive two emails. The right one was directly send to my spam folder. The other email, reiceived in my regelst folder, is scam. In the email with the instructions, it is important to click on the second deeplink. On the first sight, it looks like one deeplink, but there are two! First with the instruction how to download the app and second with a dowload link with the code for this app. Hope this helps!
