Review Time
The site from which the pass was purchased displays a large orange "pass" and very little information about activating or using the actual pass purchased. I wrote the whole thing off as either a scam or evidence of extraordinary incompetent design and implementation of the actual pass facility. After a lot of chasing around, I was able to get additional information from 3 organisations who have nothing to do with Conetpass, I may now have enough information to activate/use the pass. Unfortunately, it has taken most of the time I purchased the pass for and I have had to buy tickets to use public transport.The verdict - this is probably not a scam, but it is a very amateurish, incompetent attempt to provide a service. I ran a computer software company for 30 years and would have fired the specifiers, designers, programmers and implementers of any team who produced an application like this. Don't use it - it is cheaper and less frustrating just to buy the tickets. More info: To the suppliers of Conetpass, instead of telling 75% of reviewers (that is the percentage rating the system at 1 star) that they got it all wrong - read the reviews and realise that your system is flawed and needs to be reviewed. The best way to stop the poor reviews is to provide a system that people can use effectively.
I have paid 3 tickets to roof terrace of Duomo di Milano, and I have chosen our delivery date April, 1. But when I got pdf tickets, it has dates April, 2. And we couldn’t use this wrong tickets, because we have train from Milano to Venice at this evening. It has been more than a month since I sent a request for a refund for the wrong tickets and the proof documents. However, money for the tickets has not been refunded, and your refund department has not responded to any of my emails. It seems like a mockery. I have already written 5 letters asking when the money will be refunded. However, they are not responding from their mails (conetpassrefund and info@conetpass).
Purchased first thing in the morning for transport in Vienna. Waited and waited for the email - not received and still not, a week on. Went to the main transport hub Weiner Linien at Karlsplatz - never heard of them! So I thought it was a scam and cancelled my credit card, NOT convenient on your first day, plus costs involved in ringing the UK from Austria. AND was 33% more expensive than the one bought direct! Complete shambles so far - have applied for a refund just now, let's see how that goes. At the moment locked in email table tennis, making no progress! AVOID. Phil
We had each a 3 day pass in Berlin. 1. download went as expected. No problem. 2. download next morning was delays an we got the message… must wait for e mail. Not so good when you’re headed out. Succeeded after 15 min delay. 3.day. No problem. So overall satisfied.
I had a wonderful time visiting Lisbon, and the experience was made even better by purchasing Conet Pass. It provided free access to public transportation and easy entry to major attractions like the Jerónimos Monastery and Belém Tower, making exploring the city seamless and affordable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Lisbon!
The Barcelona city pass was a great choice! I used the bike option and it was perfect for exploring all the different neighborhoods at my own pace. It gave me more freedom than relying only on public transport. A very convenient and fun way to see the city!
