We bought 2 x 5 day passes and can't use. The 1st 24 hr ones would not activate at the metro barriers. The 2nd 24 hour passes were the same. We gove up and bought a new card pass at the metro...perfect! We are left with 2 x 3 day useless passes. Such a wasteful expense. Can we get a refund for the 3 day passes never downloaded??? Do not buy this pass!I have now made contact, as suggested, after searching for an address. I have not had a response? If conetpass had a clearer contact information, this would assist many customers who have been unable to use their downloaded passes. I have not used my 2 x downloaded 24 hour passes for my husband and myself and have 2 further 3 day passes not downloaded. At the metro barrier, we selected the line we wanted from the choice of 3 ....what a system! Each time, the barrier rejected the code on our downloaded passes. I would wel some a refund because we bought a different pass that let us access all metro routes and buses at less cost. I will be surprised and pleased should conet pass respond to my completed online form.
One of the cheapest and poor quality bus. I took it from bikaner he charged for ac bus but ac were not working.He was stopping at allPlaces.the driver overcrowded the bus and people were falling on ewch other. Never ever will travel in this bus.worst service and worst staff.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM - I bought a ticket to see Duomo; when downloading it, I provided the date I want to visit the venue. The company assigned me for the next day instead. Since I was flying out of the country, I requested they refund the money. Instead, they replied that I reschedule the visit within a year. My follow up emails have not been addressed. I plan to take it to Visa.
When I purchased these cards and then read these reviews I was sure I'd been scammed. However, our cards did work for the metro in Milan. The collection point is quite inconvenient (especially as it closes over lunchtime). We purchased the 4 day pass - we were given 1x 24hr pass and 1x 3 day pass each. The first day none of the cards worked - but the security men at the metro let us through anyway. After that, all the cards worked every time. I'm not sure if the deals advertised with the milanocard are legit but be aware.....IT IS CHEAPER TO BUY A TRAVEL CARD FROM THE METRO STATION!! (€2 for 90 mins, €7 per day, €15 for 3 days....)
Ok first of all the communication is too difficult because no phone number exists. They answer by email but it makes it not so good service. I bought 4days and shuttle bus with return. I received the mail but on day of my travel I peak the shuttle bus but not the 1day metro pass because of a technical issue said by email. So I pay metro to be possible for me to go to pickup point to receive the 3 days pass. Shuttle bus ticket worked fine on both directions I used them. 3 days pass worked for 2 days. The 25e for restaurants also worked! So for the 2 days metro that didn’t worked I send them refund request and I am waiting.
My trip to Barcelona was fantastic, and purchasing the Conet Pass in advance made it even better. With unlimited access to metro, buses, trams, and trains, I could effortlessly explore the city without worrying about tickets. I highly recommend it for a hassle-free and enjoyable visit.
After I have booked and paid for the CRTM Tourist Card for Madrid, I have received the following e-mail from Conetpass:“Unfortunately, your Madrid City Pass has been cancelled due to a technical fault. You weren't charged by Conet Pass, and the payment has been reversed.”To date there is no promised: "amount in your account within 2 business days" on my account.I would never use Connetpass again.
