Would not recommend! Paid for 4 weekly passes for Vienna public transport. They delivered only 2. Customer service was very unhelpful, refused refund and told me to check spam folder, change the filters etc. Didn’t receive anything til the end of my trip. Had to do a chargeback through the bank for 2 passes which wasn’t delivered. This company is ticket reseller with bad customer service. I ended up getting the 2 passes they didn’t deliver from Vienna transport office, which was also cheaper than Connet pass.
Do not use I ordered a 4 day pass to use that day and wouldn’t download tried to contact numerous times so had to purchase another ticket , finally got a response and wouldn’t refund as said dowloaded even though this only worked after the purchase date and I didn’t use, asked for refund for at least the days travel I couldn’t use (as wasn’t sent in time) and told no just use main provider of travel worth paying a few pounds more and can use straight away !From response below said sent straight away , yes got the email straight away but would not download at all that day needed and technical things happen but you still would not refund me for the day I could not use it which I purchased it for !
I had a terrible experience with this company. I purchased what was clearly advertised as a digital ticket, only to find out after completing the payment that I was required to print the ticket on A4 paper in order to use it. This is blatant false advertising and incredibly inconvenient—especially for someone travelling abroad without access to a printer. To make matters worse, I contacted their customer service multiple times over the course of a week to request a refund for the misleading ticket and the extra costs I incurred. I received no response whatsoever. The complete lack of accountability and customer care is unacceptable.I strongly advise others to avoid this service. If you value honesty, transparency, and basic customer support—look elsewhere. I will be escalating this through formal complaint channels and pursuing a chargeback through my credit card provider. My peer who ordered the SAME ticket as me was refunded, yet I am still in the dark, so inconsistent
I bought what I thought was a 3 day Rome metro pass from Conetpass on 5th June. I tried to activate with the code that Conetpass sent at 8 am on the 6th on wetaxi app but the code did not work, I tried many times then emailed Conetpass to inform them it did not work, I got an email back saying they would reply in 3 hours, I told them I would buy a ticket from Atac and to refund me, they didn't answer for 4 hours by which time I had left for Rome and was using the official ticket. They said the code worked, I didn't try it as I didn't need it anymore. I have asked for a refund several times but get just a standard email saying they will get back in 3 hours which they do not.It was strange to have to download a taxi app and get the ticket through them, I wonder why Conetpass could not have dealt directly with ATAC the official Rome transport, that did raise alarm bells. The activation code certainly did not work and I have now sent you a photo of it saying invalid code, I attempted several times. I did apply for a refund but have yet to receive any response to that.
Absolutely brilliant! Airport shuttle punctual and comfortable. BoddyTravel gym access was a pleasant surprise. Free bike rental perfect for exploring hilly neighborhoods safely. The eSIM with 500MB incredibly useful as US visitors. Customer service available 7 days a week and always helpful.
The fact that they have 74% of 1-star reviews tells a lot. So, yeap. Look away. I thought - surely in this day and age, everything can be cardless. Nevertheless, went to the stall to collect the supposedly physical card, only to find that it was closed (not for the day, but it somewhat looked abandoned). Yes, I arrived during the stated operating hours.Spotted an equally confused man not far from the stall. I approached him and asked some questions. He, too, purchased the city pass and thought it was a scam. Location: Milan, Italy.
Scammers. In Rome in June and decided to buy the pass when we got there mainly for the public transport around the city. You have to download an app called wetaxi to get your tickets. However after 3 hours we had to give up as the app was encountering issues which they fixed 4 days later when we had left Rome.We applied for the refund and at the beginning the company was engaging as if they were a professional company but after two emails nothing. They will probably reply to this review and say I got the passes and they resolved the issue but they did nothing. Stay away from these scammers.
