The 'PASS' is complicated to use, doesn't work as expected, instructions are unclear as to how you actually book any galleries etc, and the help desk equally so. I never used the pass and asked for my money back before I even travelled, they have not replied, even though under EU laws they are supposed to refund me. The Firenze Card (not Pass) is issued by the Municipality of Florence, I thought I'd booked the former... I imagine that's what they want visitors to do and sadly I expect many visitors like me do just that.
SCAM I tried to buy tickets for Berlin and could get nothing that resembled a pass. I attempted to contact the company but there was no telephone number that could be reached to obtain help. I protested through my credit card company and received a credit. The company protested however, I had documents that showed nothing was available to enable travel. Also, the company went under a different name. Avoid it all costs.
In my opinion the ticket is quite useful, since it allowed me to use all means of public transport in Venice (bus, tram and vaporetto) during my stay. nevertheless, the instructions are complicated, confusing and misleading, the map of places to validate your tickets are not so clear (not all stops have where to validate the ticket)
Total scam. Purchased two tickets for the Duomo in Florence. Could only download the tickets on the day we nominated. On the day the tickets would not download despite multiple attempts. An utter rip off and judging by other reviews customer service is non existent. Definitely one to avoid in future.
It can only be downloaded on the day and it was meant to be a 3 day pass. When I attempted to use it on day 3, the site told me it was expired. Took it to the ticketing office and the pass was activated days before I received it, prior to me even activating it so I missed out on a site I really wanted to see.
THIS IS PURE SCAM. We paid for 2x 4 days passes but we actually got 1x 90 min ticket and 3x 3 days ticket. We where still lucky compared to other people but those tickets didn't covered the 4 days we spent in Milano.Don't hope on the 25€ voucher (by the way, it's a genuine code : conetpass, only for NEW TheFork users !). The 24h ticket they "provided" can't be claimed at the ATM distributor.PLEASE READ => We asked locals about good deals for tickets and they recommended us to buy the 10 tickets carnet for a little less than 20€. It should be plenty enough for a 4 to 5 days trip. But AVOID that MilanoCard scam !
