Impossible to get a refund

Impossible to get a refund! I ordered the pass and only after paid for did it turn out dates available were after my window. Every request for refund gets the same canned email. No satisfaction. DO NOT USE!

These folks are crooks trying to lure you into buying a ticket making it look like it’s official and when you book a date they tell you it’s fully booked afterwards. Never book with this company.

Finger weg

Finger weg! You don’t get the ticket right away. They send you another mail to tell you to confirm. After that you get a mail saying the queue is long that you have to wait up to 3 hours which is a lie. You don’t get anything! Don’t buy it and the refund process is a pain in the soul. Haven’t got refunded yet after 3 weeks. They just keep writing mails saying they are going to see through. Horrible service! Scam!

Essentially a worthless service

Don't bother paying for these cards. Pretty much a worthless service.There are already essentially zero checks whether you're in the Viennese subway or trams, which are more than enough to get around. Even when it is advertised that it can also be used when returning to Vienna Airport, it is not accepted.

Poor Customer Service

With reference to the previous review of this Company and their commitment to refund both the ticket cost and the fines we received as a result of the tickets being invalid.Despite chasing twice we are still to recieve any credits from them they are standing behind 7-10 days but how long should it take to put an embarrassing mistake right.It's not only the financial loss but we spent the first day of our short trip sorting their mess out and spending more money on trains to get to the place we had to pay the fines.

Not working tickets and poor customer service

I bought daily tickets in Milan for 2 persons and when I received the confirmation email nothing could be found just a link to a coupon to a restaurant. This whole situation makes me angry since I had to spend a lot more money on buying singel tickets for transportation and even there customer service provided lack of attention for my refund request emails. Please be aware of this company and try to avoid them.

Very easy to use and despite some technical difficulties I was able to access transport tickets after a few minutes and the support team was very helpful.
