Everything was good and easy

Everything was good and easy, except for the tickets. We didn't know whether the tickets had to be validated on the bus. Since we had 2 day (48H) tickets. Spanish people (mainly older people) spoke to us in a nasty way, saying: we have to pay for the bus, it's not free, etc. It would be an advantage if there were instructions.

Pre-purchased Conet Pass tickets were never available

I travelled with four friends to Amsterdam and we each had purchased a seven day pass to be downloaded when we arrived. However, none of us were able to download the tickets and were advised that an email would be sent when the tickets were available. No email ever arrived. When we contacted customer service to resolve this issue we were sent a “card” that was supposed to be a ticket. However, it had no barcode or QR code or anything that could be scanned, so was completely useless to use on trains (you have to scan to get onto the platform) or trams (you have to scan on and off the tram or risk a hefty fine). So, if this is not a scam, it is a seriously dodgy business. I advise anyone travelling to Amsterdam not to bother with Conet Pass. The public transport system there is fantastic and all you need to do is use your own credit card to scan on and off.

I ve just landed in Rome and bought a 3 day pass (30€). After a very complicated and ridiculous process : an email, and the a code and then an app to load...The wetaxi app I had to load to get the services I paid for doesn t work. I can t access the public transport menu and can t see my 3 day public trabsport card here. The page opens to something else. No part on the airport bus ticket eitherNo use at all, i m stuck at the airport and have to buy a regular ticket.Want a full refund for this unnecessary, useless service. I lost my time, my energy and my money. And of course no client service number to reach the company...

'Very close to' a SCAM

These guys are horrible, they take your money without delivering any service (1-Day Pass for Milan metro). When you complain and ask for a refund they make it difficult, ask for a 'receipt' I've never even been sent and basically just keep your money anyway. SCAM COMPANY!!

The connectivity is benevolent

The connectivity is benevolent. Both S and U bahn even from the outskirts of Berlin you get a connectivity easily. The seats are very comfortable. The only thing I noticed is that there is no strong airconditioning for summers otherwise it’s awesome.

Tried to buy a ticket for Rome

Tried to buy a ticket for Rome but their website isn't working when you click buy now.Just looked on Trustpilot to maybe see what the problem was and realised from the reviews that it was a narrow escape as would probably have lost my money.Thank you for your response on here and assurances, I thought I would give it another go to buy a ticket but it still does not work, tried different websites and different appliances but no luck.

They are scammers

They are scammers. Avoid at all cost. I could not download ticked and they refused to refund me. They should be prosecuted and put out of business.

I actually would give a zero rating if…

I actually would give a zero rating if it was an option. We bought a three day Vienna transport pass with airport transfer. Should have realised something wasn’t right when the tickets couldn’t be downloaded into our wallet. When on the CAT (City Airport Train) our tickets were scanned and found to have been used tickets. Not valid at all! I have forwarded my original email to the company with the tickets attached asking for a refund - no response for over two weeks. I don’t like writing negative reviews, but after feeling suspicious about this company and then investigating reviews further - I can see the pattern. In response to your response below - if you had of investigated my original email concern that was sent to you - you would have seen that there were two links attached to our original purchase - one for the Vienna transport ticket and one for the CAT. As we were able to see the tickets in an email, we screen shot these for when we were asked for validation. We had not used the tickets for the airport transfer as we purchased a three day pass on arrival in Vienna via Eurail, assuming the airport transfer was valid for a trip to the airport at the end of the pass! The concern is that it wasn’t just my ticket that was invalid, it was my husband’s as well. I could understand a fault with one ticket, but 2 tickets with the same response seems like a scam!If you are committed to resolving any issue with fairness and transparency, then you would have responded to my original email of concern and I wouldn’t have needed to place this negative review!FYI - the inspector on the CAT train took a photo of our ticket and our Eurail pass showing we had only arrived by train a few days earlier. They will be investigating!

Scam

Scam. They don't send you tickets, you have to go to a kiosk at the central station instead, "to pick up". Kiosk didn't work. Guys, these scammers are paying for Google ads, please report their ad to Google (three dots on the right of the ad in the search result).
