TERRIBLE - AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Scammy company that overcharges you for an unofficial transport pass and refuses to provide a refund when asked. Email correspondence with them has been incredibly frustrating and inefficient. I suspect that the rare positive reviews of their service on this website are fake.
Refund issue. As you see from my correspondence this is so frustrating to deal with this company. The other reviews confirm this. The link did not work and for them to question my IT skills is deplorable. Since we were not able to activate the ticket back in June and they confirmed that why is that they don’t refund my payment. We had to purchase a ticket in Amsterdam from the local travel agency.
AVOID CONNECT PASS AND BUY DIRECTLY TO THE CITY TRANSPORT SERVICE. Conet Pass is a terrible service. They send us already used tickets to travel from Munic to The Airport. We had to bought the the tickets again in the bus shuttle.Furthermore we didn't receive the transport ticket in Munich until the next day we bought it. It's a mess.
I bought a ticket for Berlin transport, online, on Friday evening for 48 hours saturday and Sunday. Due to everwhelming demand they said they could not reply within 4 hours. By the time I left on Saturday morning I had confirmation but no ticket. I had to buy another tocket at the station. I have filled in a refund demand and all I get is that they are too busy. Good scam this. Forget the online stuff. Travel to a mainline station and buy a ticket there, they are wonderfully helpful. She also said she didn't recognise the povenence of the logo I showed her. Never heard of it, she said!
We dit NOT received the tickets, the employees at the trein station at Airport Rome did nothing know about this site and said that that were non treintickets.We where asked to confirm date of delivery. We confirmed but een received the delivery of the mail. no ticketsSo for us it seems like a scam!?09.08.25 Update: thanks for you reply. Until now we didn’t get tickets so we bought new valid tickets at the treinstation. Please leave an e-mailadres for your customer support so we can figure out where the problem is. It would be great if we could find a Solution! Thanks in advance!
Please do not buy from this company. Their tickets are extremely overpriced but also they are not valid for use. We requested a refund the moment we were told by train staff that these tickets could not be used, and they continue to ignore emails for our refund.You will find a much better experience going through the official channels to purchase tickets in any country. AVOID THIS COMPANY
If I could give 0 stars I would. I bought 4 travel cards for Munich for myself & my kids costing €178.80 but the email only contained 4 x €5 bike hire vouchers. I had to buy more travel tickets (at a MUCH lower price) from the local transport company. I have completed the refund form and emailed this company multiple times to no avail. Save your money. This is definitely a scam.
