SCAM! Stay away

SCAM!I bought a 3 day public transport pass for Berlin—- and Conet didn’t send anything which resemble a QR code or anything which resembles a valid ticket. I emailed them: no response. So I bought an actual pass from the ticket machine and duly asked for refund and receive the worse customer service experience ever. Most probably written by some Ai model “we will refund you if deemed appropriate”.Well where I come from, Conet has just breached basic consumer laws. I will be referring them to the Italian Consumer Protection Agency shortly. They are as bad as pickpockets.

Indeed scam

Indeed scam. I had tickets for the Duomo in Milaan. 1 out of 4 tickets could not be downloaded. When it did 90 minutes later they were changed to another date, which I could not change anymore. When I went to the official Duomo shop they told me the name on the tickets was also incorrect. I have asked a refund but probably not hear anything back if I read it. Thanks for the reply below. Please refund the order if you are willing to support and reply to my messages. . I am happy to change the rating if done so

Stay Away!!! Never received tickets with update

Purchased two 3 day public transport passes for our trip to Amsterdam. I purchased them on June 23rd and our trip wasn’t until July 16th. We arrived in Amsterdam and tried to download the tickets the continualy said error downloading tickets. We eventually gave up and purchased tickets at the train station for the 3 days. I contacted “customer service” they got back to me after about a week and asked for more details. Now they are reviewing if I meet their refund “criteria “ my option is stay away from this company. *Yes the only ticket that would download was the bus from the airport which we ended up not using anyways cause we were so annoyed at that point we took a uber. The most important tickets (tram) is conveniently the one that wouldn’t work or download. I don’t understand why customer service needs to investigate it is clear they were not used and I’m sure it shows we tried multiple times to download.

A must for smart travelers

Solo trip to Naples was made so much easier! Airport shuttle saved me at least €40 compared to a taxi. Restaurant voucher led me to discover an incredible local place. Free bike rental was perfect for safely exploring the historic center. Everything delivered instantly to my email, and the 7-day customer support was reassuring.

Scammers?

I usually buy airport bus transfer tickets from Trainline for Venice Marco Polo airport. Trainline is very efficient, no issues ever! The ticket machine at the airport can have a long line once flights arrive. For some RIDICULOUS reason I tried Conet. I thought I was buying directly.DO NOT USE THEM!!! They take your money, don't provide tickets then LIE!Apparently the 'tickets are only available on the morning of travel' and I have to email them that day to ask for them!!! Then they are supposed to be printed out!!! Trainline provided them instantly months in advance. Another item on the planning done easily!Avoid these unscrupulous people!Off to register a dispute with my credit card company!!!Re response below: I HAVE contacted you directly 5 times now to ask for QR codes and have asked if I am being scammed twice. NEVER has it been refuted that I am being scammed, I am just denied the tickets repeatedly. How many customers are you withholding tickets from not to know I've contacted you REPEATEDLY!Never is a name given, as would be the case with professional communication. Where are the tickets I have fully paid for and have not been supplied?

Please keep away from this company

Please keep away from this company! They stole our money, paid but they don’t issue the Pass properly and some people reported that their passes are fake!We purchased 3 Day Passes on 11/07/2025 @16:09, although their website advertises the cost was €30 but it turned out that charged us for €33.after going through a complicated process, finally we got only 1 day ticket! After that they purposely delayed the next ticket & changed the validity of 2nd day ticket and even until now my wife did not received the 3rd day ticket. Sent emails to them but no reply!Keep away from this company. Forgot to add as follows:1. My wife tried to use my Wise debit card to purchase the pass but it was rejected with a note “suspicious/scam”, tried several times but Wise Card kept saying “suspicious/scam/fraud”2. We went to the tourist information, they advised us that do not know your company, and they would not want to say anything about your company.3. Unfortunately, even after writing to your customer service & they would not help, we bought the passes with my credit card and the transactions when through4. The first day pass was valid from 11/07/2025 @ 14:31 to 12/07/2025 @14:315. While we were on the train, I saw & overheard 2 passengers were arguing with the inspectors about the same pass we had, later I saw them got fined & paid instantly. We were lucky that we arrived & got off from the train before being checked. Apparently, from other reviewers, they have been fined due to fake pass!6. Since then we stopped using the pass and bought the daily pass from the machine. We should have listened to our Wise Card and the tourist information desk.7. We tried to see the day 2 & day 3 pass. My wife’s tickets for day 2 & day 3 were valid for the same day 12/07/2025 04:00 to 13/07/2025 04:00am & when we complained they just simply said “submit for refund and wait for 2 weeks! At the end, both of us bought proper tickets from the machines! If you are serious, why don’t you just give us the refund! Now, why did you ask my email address? You should have our details! Our bad experiences are genuine!!

Don’t expect your ticket to be valid for the day/time you want

Placed an order for tickets on a specific date, when I received tickets they were dated the following day, a day I couldn’t use the tickets. Requested a refund and their response was, we supply the first available tickets and so won’t refund even though first available tickets were the day after the date they were ordered for and could not be used. Never use these guys, it’s a scam!!

We were able to buy a pass for a good…

We were able to buy a pass for a good period of time in Vienna (48 hours) so that we could have no worries about transportation while there. We also received discounts to several attractions and were able to book our airport transfer back. Overall, it gave my wife and me piece of mind that we wouldn't have to guess on number of trips or modes of transportation. There was also a guide to top attractions with directions, which brought us to several of the better things to do in Vienna.
