Just buy the local transport.Just spent 3 days in Vienna and I bought this pass before arriving to feel prepared. 3 days for 25€. It was a bittersweet surprise when I arrived in Vienna and learned the official ticket is only 17€ for 3 days. They can say whatever they want about their pass being much more than just transport and that it includes discounts. Don’t be fooled, to get the discounts you are directed to a website where you can’t buy the basic entrances to the museums either. You are offered only combo passes or add ups on the classic tickets at inflated prices. Then they add the so called discount on those prices but it’s really not worth it if you do the math. These guys need to be stopped, what a scam… I am currently editing an insta reel about Vienna and adding avoiding this exact card.. people deserve better
I ask for refund for an unused tickets of 5 people cos they asked me to download the wetaxi.app as instructed when they send me the tickets. Didn’t work cannot even sign in. Reached out to customer service so many times for refund. They insist I have to pick up the pass like wtf pick up where? Clearly the instructions in the email was written to download the app and add the ticket. Long sotry short we were only 3 days in Milan and I purchased this on the 2nd day.
I thought I could save time by getting the card and avoid queues, however the card doesn't get you anywhere. You still need to get in line for the ticket office and when you have waited then the tickets are gone and you are asked to get back some other day. I was not trying to save money only time but this card is a waste of both money and time in my oppinien
I have placed my order but no card delivered, as promised it will be delivered digitally via email, tried several times no luck. Tried to refund hopefully will get my money, as I neee to purchase on the physical machine!Not even a customer service to help you! Faqs that is not helpful at all! Please don’t waste your money on this
TERRIBLE - AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Scammy company that overcharges you for an unofficial transport pass and refuses to provide a refund when asked. Email correspondence with them has been incredibly frustrating and inefficient. I suspect that the rare positive reviews of their service on this website are fake.
