Exceptionally bad service. We purchased two 3 day passes when in Rome, which were never used or activated because their application could not register our phone numbers, despite having our country option available. I repeatedly contacted both Conetpass and Wetaxi initially for assistance and then for a refund. It took them 4 long months to proceed to a refund. Avoid them and save your money and energy.
Bought 2 Firenze Pass Premium passes (66€ each) and when trying to enter the Galleria degli Uffizi I wasn't able to download one of the tickets for my girlfriend. It said "Ticket not available at the moment. We are working to process your ticket as quickly as possible, and you will receive an email notification once it’s ready for download."but I was able to download mine 30 seconds ago. This is ridiculous, there's no phone number to call and for the email I only receive an automatic response. Already asked for a refund but obviously that got an automatic response again. Today is our last day here in Florence and he tried buying tickets in person to salvage this situation but they are all out of stock. This will definitely ruin our experience here. This company is a scam
Such a bad service, pls avoid at all costs. Better to pay a lil more, but this is so bad. The shop where u have to collect the ticket in person looks very suspicious and not very trustworthy, has bad opening times and their payment flow is just pure horror. Got charged for a ticket that i never received and their system claimed the money but sent an email telling me that something went wrong with the transaction, but was clearly working on my end, otherwise the payment wouldnt go through. So yeah it a complete shitshow
We bought four passes for or Rome trip. This gave us a bus ticket to the airport and a 12,5 EUR voucher each for a third party app, which didn't work in the in the Metro because of bad mobile network coverage. This caused us a lot of trouble. We recommend to buy official tickets and stay away from this pretty useless pass.
Stop robbing people with your lies and fraud tactics. After all these awful reviews you should at least stop what you're doing. No customer service, never giving refunds after you steal from anyone who makes the mistake of buying from your fraud and fake tickets.I wish you had the same response time in customer service as you do when replying to negative reviews.
We purchased two 3-day public transport tickets via Conetpass. These tickets were activated and appeared correctly in the app throughout our trip.On the final day of validity, the app showed that we still had 4.5 hours remaining. Based on this information, we continued to travel assuming the tickets were still valid.However, during a ticket inspection by the police, they scanned the QR code in the app and it showed as “expired.” As a result, we were issued a fine, despite the fact that the app had indicated the tickets were still active at that time.>2 months have passed by, and I still have not received a reply from Conet Pass.
Unfortunately, the experience didn’t match what was promised. The package included a Lime Scooter code and an airport transfer, but neither worked. The Lime code was invalid, and there was no airport transfer included – we had to buy extra tickets ourselves. I’ve emailed the Conet Pass multiple times, but haven’t received any reply or explanation. Really disappointing service, and we're still waiting for a partial refund to cover the extra costs.
They are LYING ON THEIR WEBSITE. When you ask for a refund right after you buy it and realize what they advertise is not accurate they don't give you refund Even if you don't use their ticket. I disputed it with my bank and i will report this everywhere i can. I want my money back scammers! I will not stopUPDATE: Oh now you reply fast on negative reviews but on the email you take many days. Do you think you can lie with impunity on the internet? Yes you do have my email you responded to me from info@conetpass after i filled your refund form online. You said you don't do refunds. Should i provide screenshots? I am not going to put my email online you have my name and my email you already send me from info@conetpass and you already have my refund form. Give me the refund ASAP i have already reported you to Italian authorities i will keep escalating until you resolve thisUPDATE 2: I have sent email to refund department with same treatment. They are waiting for you to get fed up and stop bothering them to straight up steal your money.
