A very bad experience, and a rip off. This company sells a “Venice vaporetto ” ticket for 1 day for nearly double the price of the official ticket. They promised me a refund but did not deliver. Their website is easily mixed up with the official ticketing website. If you do but it, you don’t receive a ticket, only a voucher that you have to convert to a ticket at a ticket machine, which did not work. The company has responded to this review by pretending it didn’t know about my issue and asked me to send another request for a refund. I’ve now contacted it 5 times and still no refund. I do not recommend this company.
Hi I ordered my ticket for Stockholm for 7 days and 49 €, but I couldn't download it. Then in Stockholm I went to the official SL desk and they old that it is a fake. I can´t see why the company directors in jail yet. This scum is taking money all over Europe and they are still free. I hope I will get eventually my money back, but I doubt it. If there is anybody out there who could give me a piece of advice. Merci beaucoup Uwe
We bought the 3 day Naples pass and it worked well for transportation. Using it for museums however was a problem. After we used the card for the amazing Archaeological Museum the card failed to work for two other museums. When the card was read it showed as not valid.

Probably, as it did with previous messages from other customers, the company will react very quickly, claiming that it is not a scam, that they are an old and correct company, etc.I will briefly present my situation to you and it is up to you to assess how you want to proceedI will briefly present my case, strictly to inform you about the practice used by this platform with me- at the time of payment, an automatic message was sent announcing that the travel card would be issued to me in...4 hours if I send a request in this regard by e-mail (!)- I sent this request, I did not receive any card- for this purchase made on a Friday, the money remained pending in the bank transaction- on Sunday, after I did not receive any response to my insistence to receive the travel card (paid in full by bank card payment) and noticing that the money had not yet been withdrawn from my account, I asked the platform by e-mail not to withdraw my money considering that they did not provide me with the product I paid for- shortly after I sent this message, on a non-banking Sunday, the platform withdrew the money from my account- I filled out the money refund form- I received an email according to which the platform believes that I received the card- I explained to them again that I did not receive any travel card, which can certainly be observed in their system- I did not receive any response or the money- I notified the European authorities and those in the company's countryLater edit exactly as expected - the company responds to this message with standard formulas, from the manual, to save its image. In reality, the situation is the one described above, I paid and I received absolutely nothing in exchange for the money given, nor the money paid was given back. They are very careful to come on this platform with professional messages, instead you are abandoned by email and with the money taken
I paid €16 for one day pass Berlin marathon, expecting to get it immediately. After having. To enter all details twice, told it would arrive on my phone in six hours, by which time I will have left Berlin. Total scam. Don’t ever use Sponsored Sites even if they appear top of the google search like this one
When buying this, it sounds like you receive the travel card electronically but you dont. You have to travel by train to a vending machine that is a 10 minute walk from a station in the middle of an out of the way area. The voucher for the restaurants arrives electronically but we didn't like the choices. Once you have the travel card it does work but be aware that you have to buy a train ticket to get there and the effort is not worth it. The vending machine needs to be near a popular tourist spot.
If i could give them 0 stars, I would. Not only do the tickets that you pay 25 EUROS for don't work, when you contact them for a refund, they take ages to respond. I submitted my request on the 18th of September and according to their website I should receive a refund by the 8th of October. I received an email today (01/10) that they still need to decide whether I deserve my refund and that it would take an additional month to process. scam is a big word but to be quite honest I feel scammed out of my money currently. I did not receive the service I paid for, they are not giving me my money back and making me wait for days and days for the same responses - and on top of that, I found that buying a pass directly from the city's transport website was more affordable, and it actually worked! This is unacceptable and I advise anyone traveling to Europe to stay away from this company.
As others said, this is a disgusting SCAM. They essentially charge a surcharge on regular local transport tickets and all they do is to MANUALLY buy them for you. Since they buy it manually, there is no way of setting a start date and time for a given ticket. They guarantee you to buy "within 6 hours" of the request or something like that.They also mention you get "uber credits" for renting uber bikes: turns out they just share a referral code, from which they probably top up some personal account. Very shady business (if we can call it like that) with no advantage at all for the customers: do yourself a favor and just buy a transport ticket once you are in Berlin, you spare yourself a few euros but most importantly, you get it instantly with no bs around.If you are finding out about this scam only after you bought your tickets (like me) do ask for a chargeback through your bank and chances are high you will get it. Given the amount of bad reviews they are probably flooded with those, so it's easier for banks to have enough proof to perform chargebacks
Tried to activate my tickets, but the QR code didn’t work at the entrance to the metro (Rome).I paid 7 Euro for two tickets that didn’t work. But I was charged 1,5 Euro for one ride, so in total I paid 8,5 Euro and got … nothing. People are right: It’s a total scam.Clearly, they don’t care about the ratings. They post automated responses in here about their so-called ‘customer service’ - which by the way is a link to Google forms (!). Also, I had to download the WeTaxi app. Why would anyone need a taxi app to buy tickets for public transportation?Be aware that they collaborate with Uber, so using Uber will possibly support this scam business.
