This review is for Hannah (didn’t get her surname)..Today you helped me re-book a very urgent mortgage survey that was unfortunately cancelled, this would have in turn lost me the house I was buying due to deadlines. I want to say thank you so much for getting the survey rebooked in immediately and making it possible for to go ahead this week. You are a super star, very professional and did exactly that you said you would do to try and help me. Thanks you Hannah you were amazing!
Had 2 Survey's completed by Andrew who was excellent, however I need to speak to him to tick a box on one for the lender, but he's out on Maternity. Tried calling the number online, but nothing and I am meant to close on the house 1 week today. Someone please help.All closed, thanks for the help.
