This is THE WORSE company/product/service ever! Paid good money for a rubbish product, I wanted to return it ... terrible went for the RIBBISH 50% store credit due in 3 to 5 days - 5 days today no credit! Oh customer service ask for your details on here (clearly for show) then hear hear ZERO.........DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY THIS IS CHEAP PRODUCT FROM CHINA THAT YOU CANNOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK FROM.........
Completely agree with all the reviews. Poor quality of clothing and returns policy is unacceptable. Obviously paying on a large fee for advertising as the company is high on the list on google. In the days of online shopping it is very disappointing to come across such a shocking and expensive returns policy.

I have ordered some dresses from this website, bad, poor quality. Nothing like description or the photos on website. If you want a return you have to send the items to China, expensive. I have had a return to a similar company, after I paid return, the items came back. Lost money paid on products and money paid on return. Sure this will happen again if I choose to return the product from this company. Scam, this needs to stop.
I would not order from this company, they don’t let you have a full refund for sale items, just a store credit note and the cost to return the items is expensive as it’s from Hong Kong. The quality of the clothing is very cheap and does not look like the photos.

The product you sent was NOT as advertised - it is cream in colour not WHITE!!Your returns policy needs to be urgently revised in line with other major international retail suppliers. Take a look at Amazon and learn a lesson from them.It is wholly unreasonable to expect a customer to pay half the price of the item to return it to your warehouse that is outside the UK - CHINA, and then have the audacity to offer a refund by way of vouchers . Not only do you leave an unpleasant taste in the mouth with respect to a return, you then expect your customer to deal with you again with a credit - you must be in cloud cuckoo land.Your survival is purely down to the purchase of your goods by customers, they pay your wages, they provide the profit to the company and you have the short sightedness to treat them this way.Disgusting.You will not be surprised that I will be making our experience known wherever I can to warn subsequent potential customers of your poor customer care policySO MY MESSAGE IS WHATEVER YOU DO AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE. I both a dress online, came nothing like on photo ,not even the same colour, look like potato bag. You cant even return, cos u need to pay from own pocket to send to china and it cost 20pound. So u not even got guaranty if u see your own money back. I not even boddar to try own, that bad looking.
