Title: Untrustworthy – Refusal to Refund After Months of ExcusesI ordered from Couture-Moda in June and received incorrect and poor-quality items. Since then, I’ve sent over 10 emails chasing a refund. Instead of honouring my consumer rights, they’ve repeatedly given irrelevant excuses about “customs” and offered only partial refunds or store credit.This is a clear breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015. I am now escalating to my credit card provider and Trading Standards.Unprofessional, untrustworthy, and extremely frustrating to deal with. I strongly urge others to avoid this company.

The quality must be so poor that they are happy to give it away. One person called ‘Grace’ who sends a standard reply to every email - she must be kept very busy ! I ordered a suit for a work photo shoot after checking the location of the company, which is listed as London. The suit came scrunched up and looking completely cheap and terrible quality and not the colour it appeared on the website. I have expressed my desire to return only to be told I would need to cover postage back to China which I dont trust them to receive. Or I can get 75% of the item value to spend on their store of overpriced cheap rubbish or a 20% refund. Absolutely appalling and not abiding by the consumer rights act at all! I would never spend a penny with this company again they are just here to rip people off pretending to be a UK based company.
I bought a suit from this company in June, as the product looked fantastic along with quality. This suit was £250 I might add. Almost 2 months later the suit arrived. I was so disappointed I could only laugh. I contacted customer service and asked for a refund. They offered me a gift voucher for 75% of the value not to return the product. I declined. I therefore processed my return with the maximum insurance possible via Royal Mail UK which cost me an additional £50. 3 months later and after this suit had been shipped back to China the suit had been returned to the UK and my home address. This is easily the worst retail company I have ever had to deal with! If you read this DO NOT BUY ANYTHING! FRAUDULENT COMPANYI’m still waiting for a refund or guidance!
TERRIBLE COMPANY with THE WORST RETURNS POLICY EVER!!! If I could give 0 stars I would! The dress I received was so cheaply made the seams were torn & burst in places!! It was an actual joke!! Then in returning I had to pay the postage (£20!!!) which they say is no refundable! I waited weeks for the dress to be delivered too! Now I’m waiting weeks on my partial refund being returned! PLEASE AVOID THIS COMANY! THEY ARE THE ABSOLUTE WORST OF THE WORST!!
It’s all already been said! Obviously AI generated images of their clothing that look and feel NOTHING LIKE what landed on my doorstep 3 weeks after the event that I ordered the item for! Customer support suggests this is a UK based company yet returns are to be sent to China! This company should be shut down before more people succumb to their absolute TAT! I’m going to send my items to a small claims court and fraud prevention to see what that outcome will be!
Like all the other customers, I also am still waiting for a full refund. I ordered a dress which was of very poor quality. I should have checked the reviews first, so cross with myself. I returned the dress in April, tracking shows it reached China, although I'm being told it hasn't got to them? They have refunded half the money, unsure whether I will ever get the rest! I would strongly NOT recommend using this company, due to poor quality item and poor customer service. Surely it is only a matter of time before they go out of business . The item concerned was £44.99, so not cheap.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!! I purchased a treadmill and had issues from the start. I am now in a dispute with the company. DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! First of there is no confirmation or contact via the email they give. Then you wait thinking give them a chance. But nooooo!!! Do yourself a favour and don’t use them. If l ever have success in getting my treadmill or money back I will be amazed 😠
It's wild how misleading the photos are to the actual product. They steal images from other official websites and reuse them on their website. The quality of the clothing I got was appalling, with loose threads everywhere and the thinnest material.
