This is my first time purchasing an item from Cozy Earth. I bought the waffle bathrobe for my daughter as a Christmas present. She describes it as soft and luxurious. After she gets home from a long day’s work, she enjoys the comfort it brings.
Just terrible customer service and communication—ordered a duvet for a Christmas gift, told confirmed and shipment information, credit card charged. Never received and called the day before Christmas and told ordered color (walnut) back ordered and “no idea” when available—really??? Never communicated that earlier, never offered to select a different color and just got an “oh sorry” and offer to credit my account.
Great customer service when i had a hiccup with the ordering and pricing. Love the soft, comfortable fabric. Fit is great. I am more focused on being comfortable in my clothing than being trendy and wanting to take it off!Cozy Earth products help me reach my goal.Thank you!
I just want to say COZY EARTH IS A GREAT COMPANY! Their products are excellent, well made, beautiful in design and naturally beautiful-that OSS the way you feel when wearing the softest cotton on the planet!I bought a group of pillows for my couch and they are the coziest pillows I’ve ever bought (I’m 66!!), even my husband loved them!!!I really can’t say enough about their customer service too, they go above and being and I’m most grateful for CE 💙🙏
Pjs were not as soft as expected and I didn’t like the fit. The return process was rediculous and it cost 15$ to return. This was outrageous and I felt that their 100 night return policy felt like false advertising since returns cost money. Do not waste your money!! Not worth it
