I was so excited to find our favorite moisturizer on the site for the best price I’ve ever seen! Able skincare London is hard to find & they carry it for so much cheaper than anywhere else. They ship very fast as well, & have great customer service.
The refund on my undelivered purchase hit my credit card two days after I opened a ticket. Leo gave the seller 48 hours to respond to my concerns and then immediately processed the return after two days with no response. I am thankful for his very responsive follow up to my customer service complaint. I am disappointed with the seller, Free Your Tea, but am quite happy with the way the Cratejoy team stands behind their customers to create a positive shopping experience.

I contacted customer service to see if I could get a replacement box sent since my original was damaged in shipment so badly it couldn’t be delivered. They reached out to the seller on my behalf and made sure my son got a new book & activity box to replace the damaged one. Cannot thank them enough!
