I accidentally purchased the membership by mistake and emailed the website with in minutes I got a response and we worked through the process which was quick and efficient and got my refund within 20 minutes very well done thanks to Alex
I emailed the company regarding a question about where to find something on their website. In less than 24 hours I heard back and had the information I needed to continue.
I signed up for a free trial at studio.creativefabrica.com, and entered my paypal info. Immediately, to my shock, I was charged $47.00. The only contact I could find to call and cancel the order was hi at creativefabrica.com meaning it's a small startup probably. No actually customer support availble to remedy the situation.
UPDATE: customer support and refund happened very quickly it turns out. 3 stars because of the misleading signup though.
I reached out to support to try and cancel my subscription, as I was charged and the beginning of a 30 day free trial. I got no response. Cancelling was a headache. To hell with what they can do better. Just go use free apps that are far better.
I paid too much by a mistake of my own I got onto the staff and they refunded me straight back thanks for that I also took this program out for a year it's perfect there is so much creativity on this site I will be staying with them for years to come.

I had a billing issue. I recieved the initial email withing a couple of hours. They needed a little bit of information from me. The issue was completely resolved within 24 hours with no questions asked. I appreciate so much the quick response and great customer service provided.
