Scam Alert

I signed up for a confirmed 30-day free trial, and a minute later, I was charged £56.40. I attempted to reach out, but was told it was 'passed on to someone else' and advised to check the subscription terms. My replies to their support email bounce back. I didn’t sign up for a subscription; I signed up for a trial. AVOID AT ALL COSTS - SCAM.

Really scam I promise you!

Really scam I promise you! I wanted to just try their free trial to see (where they promised everything is free and no charge up front). As soon as I accepted my card for the free trial and it accepted 0$ they immediately (WITHOUT ME EVEN ACCEPTING) charged me 57$ without any confirmation from my side. Right now I am emailing them to refund me immaditely and filing for a chargeback through my bank! Stay away! My order number is: Order #LFAIYGDC-0001 (December 1, 2025)Refund me now!

On 29/10/2025, I registered and immediately canceled the free trial. The cancellation took place on the same day as the registration. Your confirmation email explicitly states that the cancellation would take effect after the 30-day free trial.To my surprise, an amount was charged to my PayPal account for an annual subscription. This is completely unjustified, as I canceled in due time. Furthermore, I expected at least a notification a few days in advance informing me that an annual contract would begin. This did not happen.I do not agree with this charge and urgently request that you:Immediately refund the amount.Provide written confirmation that my account has been fully canceled and that no further charges will occur.If this issue is not resolved within a reasonable timeframe, I will be forced to take further action.I trust you will handle this matter with the necessary urgency.Kind regards,[Your Name]

Very Helpful with a User Error

I recently made an error with my subscription status on Creative Fabrica, due to what I felt was unclear information on their website. Fortunately for me, Islay was able to assist me in a very timely manner, without fuss or resistance.I have used this site many times in the past and am always very pleased with the content but more specifically, with the high standard of customer service I received recently.
