30 day (not so) free trial

I wanted to try the 30 day free trial, they showed it in my face. I signed up but still got charged! I tried contacting but never got anything written back to me. Later when I actually could cancel my subscription I received an email from Anna Brown, working at Creative Fabrica. I answered her mail and told her why I cancelled my subscription, three days later I still haven't got any answers from her. I have filed a complaint to my credit card company and made a mandatory report to the police.

I had a very good experience with customer service. I made a very huge mistake and they made everything right. It was a holiday and my problem was solved in just a short time.

Measurements are all wrong

Measurements are all wrong. I tried multiple times, and even left a review on their site, but it got removed. I wouldn't waste your money. Also, there are no videos to show how to put things together.

Customer service was great, but

Customer service is honestly great, but this website itself has way too many problems in regard to payments, some buttons automatically charges you the full year plan with no confirmation page. Another problem is that you are charged on the 10th download for a full year plan with no warning that this is your 10th download. Overall the website seems tricky, its easy to accidentally lose mony. I suggest also reading the 1 star reviews because a lot of people seems to have similar experiences. I'm giving creative fabrica a 3 star because of the great customer service experience. I did get a full refund after explaining my problem. The website itself, I haven't been using anymore because of the problems it caused so I'd rather not risk it.

The customer service is alway exceptional

The customer service is always exceptional with this company. Recently, I accidentally clicked on a subscription extension on my phone. They understood my problem and promptly refunded my money. Anytime I have dealt with customer service, they have exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend!!!

The web-site will charge you £56 fee…

The web-site will charge you £56 fee for a year ahead and no option to leave during your 'free' trial. If you challenge them, they will tell you that you've been warned about the ten downloads rule. Except this can also sometimes be 9 dowloads, not 10 and there will be nothing to remnind you that you are about to be charged. If you think you can cancel your subscription under "manage my account" - this option is simply not there. Here is a suggestion for you, Creative Fabrica. - Why not call it a 10 downloads trial instead of 30 day trial?- Why not make your cancellation policy clear and cancellation button available under 'manage my subscription'? What kind of business traps their customers in a yearly contract with no escape route and advertises it as a free 30-day trial? - The desperate kind. Always pay via PayPal so you can fight this nonsense and get your money back.

Impressed & Happy with the Service

I had an issue that I contacted CF about and I was impressed with how quickly they responded. Everyone that emailed me was very friendly and they did their best to help me. Within a couple of day, the issue was resolved. I'm happy with the service I received.

Good product, confusing onboarding

Look out when entering the free trial, it could be that they charge you if you use the platformWhen this happens you can't immediately cancel or get a refund. I had to ask them manually.
