I really adore this platform, the support is fantastic with quick responses. I accidentally subscribed, sent an email, and received a refund within two days. I just wish it were more affordable. I will continue to use the free resources. Best site I've discovered so far.
Honestly, my experience was awful. I signed up for what was supposed to be a free trial, and unexpectedly, I was charged $47 without downloading anything. Their site claims it’s a free trial with “10 free downloads,” but that’s misleading. They also state you can “cancel anytime,” but I couldn’t even properly cancel my subscription.
I applied for the free trial and provided billing information, only to be charged for a full year subscription moments later. Thankfully, my card limit was reached, and the charge was declined. What a ridiculous system! Also, the app is malfunctioning, constantly displaying "Something went wrong. Try another prompt!"
They do not allow you to cancel your free trial. Cancellation options are disabled in your account, and they instruct you to email them to cancel (they charge you right after the trial ends). When you email, they suggest canceling only after it's active, which means you’ll be charged by then. Essentially, there's no free trial since you're forced to commit to a year before cancellation. Misleading practice and false advertising 0/5.
