Signed up for the Black Friday offer, but unfortunately there was nowhere to enter the discount code, therefore I was charged the full price. I contacted CF and detailed what happened. The team were great at responding and also fixing the issue by refunding me the difference. Great customer service ! I have used CF before for some free files, but now with my subscription I have access to a greater selection of fantastic images, projects, fonts etc. Definitely recommend CF to my crafting buddies.
Best experience I've ever had in dealing with an online company. I had 2 issues in the first 10 minutes of joining Creative Fabrica due to my own errors. I texted the company and I was shocked at how prompt my problems were dealt with. All the other companies I deal with online take days and weeks to even get back to me. Thank you for making my interaction with you stress free.
Creative fabric is my go to place for sublimation images, and I often find great card stock projects there. Customer service is wonderful - it’s easy to message a real person, and they respond quickly and with caring and competency. They quickly refunded what I was charged for accidentally signing up for AI Studio. However, beware what you click on! Clicking on a banner for one of their services or renewal can automatically sign you up and charge you with no notification!
SCAMMERS! STAY AWAY! I´ve subscribed to the free version, and after 10 minutes, it was impossible to cancel it. As I was trying to do so, my cat stepped on the keyboard and clicked on the subscription, and immediately, I was charged almost 60€ without any payment page. Now they are saying it is my fault. CUSTOMER RIGHTS? nothing. Shitty AI website that I will never use.
Signed up for a free trial and it not only was misleading, because the moment you download 10 files it doesn't just run out of usage but it charges you for a full year without warning, but it also has some really dodgy web design built with green buttons for the Free trial which If you accidentally click twice can also charge you for a full year.They refunded me two days later after I argued but it is an absolutely garbage way to design a site. Also the tool I wanted to use to convert to svg didn't convert it to actual vector file at all. Waste of time Edit: I understand the trial is designed to renew automatically after ten downloads but this is not clear to users when it's advertised. I took a screenshot of the window you see when signing up for a free trial. It specifically says you would be able to cancel at any time, not be charged anything today, and it would renew after a month for 3.99 a month.This is NOT consistent with these random buttons that can easily be clicked if you click free trial too quickly, that sign you up with no confirmation or payment window for a full year, or with you having to pay for a full year ON the 10th download. Every other company checks before charging you, or just stops you using the service when you run out of free allocation. It's just underhanded to charge people who authorized you for a 30 day trial if you claim you've got some small print that says you do free trials different to every other companySignificant number of reviews like mine - your replies are not sincere or you would change how you do things. I don't know what you would "look into" with my account - this is how your site works by design.
I messed up and hit a button too many times creating 4 yearly subscriptions that I didn't know I was getting. I contacted Creative Fabrica and told them what I had done and that 4 x $47.00 had been taken from my PayPal account. They got on it right away and by the next day everything was put back in my account. They were so easy to work with and fixed my mess up.Best customer service ever!!
