Deceptive subscriptions. The advertise 30 day free trials with anytime cancelation, but then they charge you fir the year immediately and wont let you cancel. They told me I need to wait 24 hours to cancel, which is ILLEGAL is many countries and is very deceptive. Support has been very slow to get back to me and refund my money.
I had issues with the current 50% promotion ending up with multiple annual subscriptions at the full annual rate. I couldn’t cancel them out , so I immediately contacted the help area via the online portal on their website. I provided what information I had and was pleasantly surprised that I received an email the following day from the company. I explained the situation via email and the following day I received another email informing me that credits had been issued to my cc to eliminate the incorrect charges The company was very quick to respond, took care of my issue timely, and communicated through out the process!

Website is misleading with download buttons that say free trial but bill instantly for £56.40 thankfully I've used PayPal so I've contacted the company and opened a case but just making it clear you are tricked into paying for a annual subscription
After accidentally adding two more years of my subscription by touching the button I contacted customer service. I was trying to access the link for the Black Friday deal. Communication is top notch and my situation was rectified. I was able to get the Black Friday deal for both years! Love Creative Fabrica and all of the amazing things I can do with this subscription!
Somehow I managed to sign up for two years and all I really wanted was a year with the Black Friday special. They were quick to respond and refund my money and I was able to sign up under the Black Friday special. We are off to a good start!
