There was NO confirmation step, and NO option to choose between monthly or annual. It just took my money instantly.Charged REPEATEDLY after Cancellation: I immediately requested a refund and cancellation. Instead of refunding me, your system charged me the $47 annual fee TWO MORE TIMES!System Glitch: My account now shows a subscription valid until 2028! I never authorized ANY of these transactions.Zero Support: There is no human support, only a useless AI chatbot. I have sent emails but received NO reply.
