SCAMMERS! STAY AWAY! I´ve subscribed to the free version, and after 10 minutes, it was impossible to cancel it. As I was trying to do so, my cat stepped on the keyboard and clicked on the subscription, and immediately, I was charged almost 60€ without any payment page. Now they are saying it is my fault. CUSTOMER RIGHTS? nothing. Shitty AI website that I will never use.
I had an issue with the Black Friday Promo Code (user error) and contacted Creative Fabrica's team. They addressed and resolved the issue in under 24 hours, if that. Very prompt and polite service from a site I enjoy very much--wouldn't expect any less!
I was hesitant to join creative fabrica but when i received the Black Friday offer in an email from Dreaming Tree I decided to take advantage of it. When I clicked on the link there was no option for me to add discount code and I was charged the full price. I contacted them and they refunded me the amount I was overcharged the whole process was professional and very efficient. Great customer service.
I was browsing, downloading freebies & somehow inadvertently was made an annual member. As soon as I realized it happened, I reached out to the admin. We had to wait for everything to settle & update & A young lady, Alexandra contacted me to help.My issue was resolved quickly & she was very pleasant to deal with.I love this site & highly recommend their products.
This is the worst website I have ever used. They let us use the free trial and then trick us into clicking the wrong button, automatically charging us annually. When I requested a cancellation, they said they would transfer the case to another team to handle, but in reality it was just to delay time. Emails are not answered, and the service is both terrible and disrespectful to customers. I requested a refund for the accidental click that resulted in a $47 charge, but I haven't even received a reply to my email. Truly a bunch of scammers.Edit: They're said will refund for me today, and cancelled the subscription. Let see if their give my money back or not, I will back soon.
Do not use Creative Fabrica services, it’s an absolute SCAM! I’ve agreed to take part of the free trial and have been charged without my consent £60!! Tried to reach out to get a refund and had no response, will be suing this company for scamming people.
I love Creative Fabrica and just renewed for yet another year. There are so many wonderful artists and their contributions to Creative Fabrica lead me to spend hours of enjoyment just looking at all the beautiful artwork available. The only (one) time I ever downloaded a questionable artwork set, was because of the artist's oversight and we all make mistakes. When I brought the matter up with Creative Fabrica, the artist was contacted and the issue was resolved within days. There's so many different things available to graphic artists and hobbyists such as fonts, backgrounds, overlays, etc. plus the awesome artwork! I encourage anyone wondering whether or not to subscribe, you have my vote!
