I love their website and had signed up for a years subscription. I thought I had canceled it, after losing my job I didn't have the extra money. I made a mistake when I was canceling it so I was charged for another year (which it states on their website they cannot refund). I contacted customer service and not only were they very understanding they refunded my money almost immediately.
The features are undoubtedly useful and functional, but beware of complications with canceling the trial period, if you decide that the product is not suitable for you. The trial cannot be canceled within the first 24 hours after registration; you have to come back to it later. The subsequent cancellation process is also somewhat complicated—you have to click through several pages before you get to the final confirmation. In any case, it is possible, so don't worry.
Issues with downloadsI came upon 2 images with downloading issues. I contacted Creative Fabrica and within a day they replied and the issues were fixed within 2 days.The representatives were very friendly, understanding yet professional. Thank you so much
I had an issue with signing into this AMAZING SITE and I contacted them and their very fast response to my issue was a direct fix and I was able to access the site once again. I was concerned due to the time difference, but that was never an issue. I love this site as it has everything a laser engraver could ask for. Thank you for ALL you do for us.

Support was great, helping me to deal with some problems with my subscription.But PLEASE make it easier to find your subscriptions and to cancel them (idk if it was coincidence, but I got logged out using one of the ticks in the cancelation process, which is a bit sus).
I made a mistake with a subscription and they were able to reverse it and cancel my subscription quickly and without any problems within 24hrs. The assistance I received was swift, kind and very understanding. Wonderful support team :-) Thank you.
