Creative Fabrica is almost a scam

Creative Fabrica almost feels like a scam. They lure you in with a free trial, claiming that you can cancel anytime, but there is no "cancel" button. I wasted so much time trying to find one, and even searched for answers on google. The solution on google is no longer valid because Creative Fabrica has apparently deleted the "cancel" button. Also, the option to subscribe randomly pops up with no warning and I guess I must have hit it by accident. I was immediately charged $47. Again, there's no option to cancel. I had to email customer service and I got a reply within a day, saying that they'd investigate. By the next day, I had my refund. It was so frustrating. It's so quick and easy to join/subscribe to things and it's so hard and ridiculous to unsubscribe/unjoin. I wanted to keep my account so that I'd have access to my downloads and licenses but the risk is just not worth it. The "subscribe" window pops open quickly and it's hard to avoid it. I could end up being charged again. It's not worth the hassle. I decided to delete my account since it seems that's the only option to guarantee I won't be charged again.

I accidentally hit too many buttons and…

I accidentally hit too many buttons and charged myself a year instead of a trial! Creative Fabrica was very understanding and credited my error almost immediately. I truly appreciate the integrity!!!

The whole website is full of AI slop

The whole website is full of AI slop, they make you wait 24 hours to cancel any subscriptions, and when you finally go to cancel they make you click through 15 different "are you sure you want to cancel" screens. Absolute waste of my time and energy. Don't bother.

I've tried the free trial, but after a few days of not using it at all, I cancelled my subscription - or this is what I thought. Looks like the cancelation ran into an error somewhere in the backend, because they just withdraw the yearly amount of the subscription from my card, however I am clearly remember I chose the monthly payment. Funny that normal companies send out a reminder before a trial period ends and now I am trying to get back my money because I won't use the site at all, but nothing happens except guilt tripping me because of the cancelation (which by the way this time was successful but it take multiple logins, errors - this time visible on the frontend -, and way more steps than normal).They are already being sued because of shady copyright issues, so don't waste your money here!

Trouble with accidently hitting the renewal subscription button.

I accidentally hit the renewal subscription button which is also green like the download button, easy to do....this was done on accident not once but twice now. Once hit it automatically charges your card for an extended year. Once its hit thats it, no clarification that your sure you want to resubscribe, it just automatically charges. Once you realize you clicked it accidently, you can not cancel without having to reach out and ask for a refund.....with that said I was was very happy with the quick response from the creative fabrica team and my refund was issued back to my account!!Hope they can figure out a better solution so this issue doesn't keep happening!
