Support was great, helping me to deal with some problems with my subscription.But PLEASE make it easier to find your subscriptions and to cancel them (idk if it was coincidence, but I got logged out using one of the ticks in the cancelation process, which is a bit sus).
I made a mistake with a subscription and they were able to reverse it and cancel my subscription quickly and without any problems within 24hrs. The assistance I received was swift, kind and very understanding. Wonderful support team :-) Thank you.
I accidentally pushed the wrong button not knowing I purchase creative fabric. When I realized I was going to be charged for it I contacted them they responded back right away. They credited me. They were so very kind and understanding. I love Creative Fabrica! At this time, I was unable to purchase it.
I signed-up for a free trial on Creative Fabrica on 11/7/25 and downloaded only 10 items, and immediately $47 was charged to my card. Their ad states that you can download 10 free items and AFTER the 30 day trial you will be charged monthly for the subscribtion. I called them and they said that if you download 10 items it triggers the subscription but that is not what the ad says. BE WARE!!!!
Ive been with CF for years on and off so it was a no brainer when it came to renewing my subscription. However i got a little click happy and paid right up until 2008! Reading their cancellation policy it didnt sound too hopeful but i emailed anyway. Within 24 hours i was back to 1 year subscription and the money was back in my account. Exceptional customer service.
I had a problem logging in to Creative Fabrica through Facebook app and i asked customer support how i could login without Facebook, I had an immediate response and was told how to login without Facebook app, I was logged in to Creative Fabrica within minutes, I was and am extremely satisfied with my experience with Creative Fabrica customer service
