This site is the worst type of fraudsters who take money from your bank account even though you canceled your subscription and sent them proof of that and despite everything they don't want to return your money. I hope that this site and its owners will get what they deserve. I wish them all the worst!
As an artist, crafter, illustrator I just love what Creative Fabrica brings. I have many interests in the creative world and is always in need of inspiration and they deliver. Also their customer service is top notch and their prompt action saved me a lot of heartache recently. Top notch service
I had an issue where I was charged for a yearly Studio AI subscription while testing a tool — the upgrade/paywall wasn’t clear enough in the moment, and it was easy to activate the paid plan unintentionally. I strongly suggest improving the payment confirmation and pricing visibility before activation so other users don’t get surprised by a charge.
That said, customer support responded quickly and handled my refund without trouble, which I appreciate. Good service — but the subscription trigger flow should be clearer and safer for users.
I received an email that I purchased another year of creative fabrica and I was already paid up until 2028 so I did not want to renew at this time. I have no idea how that happened but I contacted them and they refunded the purchase. I love Creative Fabrica and now I love their customer service as well.

I had an issue with an unexpected charge, but the Creative Fabrica support team handled everything very professionally. They responded quickly, processed a full refund without complications, and canceled the subscription to prevent any future charges.

I want to share my experience so other users can proceed cautiously.
After completing my subscription purchase, I was redirected to a celebratory page with confetti graphics and a large centered “ACTIVE” button. There was no clear indication that clicking this button would trigger another full annual subscription charge, and no price was visibly displayed next to the button. There was also no confirmation screen asking me to approve another annual payment.
Because I could not immediately find the download access, I reasonably believed the “ACTIVE” button was required to activate the subscription I had just purchased. After clicking it, I was charged for an additional full year.
In addition, I did not receive any clear confirmation emails about the subscription status or the additional renewal charge, which made the situation even more confusing.
I contacted customer support immediately to request a refund for the unintended second charge, but the refund was not granted. I also filed a dispute through PayPal, which was decided in the merchant’s favor.
I recommend that anyone using this platform carefully review every page before clicking any large action buttons or banners after checkout. Read all small print and double-check your billing settings, especially if you are paying through PayPal.

Great products, but even greater customer support. I mistakingly signed up for a years free membership that I didn’t use, and when a PayPal-transaction popped up a year later, they gave me a full refund, even though I was basically the one at fault. Kudos!
